I feel like any iPhone you get, you’re settling. There’s still many small things I wish my iPhone 7 Plus had. The Pixel 2 XL I’m using has one of the simplest features and Apple still can’t implement on this iPhone. When I get a call and I’m typing an email or watching a video, I don’t want the whole screen to be taken over by the call. I want that small window that will allow me to either answer or decline without stopping what I’m doing. How hard is that. It’s the small things that matter.
And there is quite a few things like this that have been on iOS and not revised or updated in years. I understand the OG iPhone from 2008 having old outdated feeling features, but it's 2018 and iOS 12 now, and still these same annoying things in iOS.
App icons not being allowed to be moved and placed anywhere you want on the screen. WTF Apple, really still? What if I want my most used apps on the bottom, just above the dock, but want no other apps on the screen, can't even do that. Unbelievable in 2018.
How are these things going unnoticed at Apple ? Just shows what a mess iOS is.
