Apple Increasing Pricing of Apple Music, Apple TV+, and Apple One

It would take 100s of years of the price increase to equal the amount of money I have saved over purchasing music; not to mention future music purchases.
Fun Fact - CDs also increased in price.
Nope, only trials. There are shows I like, though (Severance, Slow Horses, Mythic Quest). So when the trials end, I'll just wait until there are enough shows I want to want, pay for one month, and binge them.
At least take me out to dinner first!

Apple has to keep the shareholders and Wall St. happy as well as pay management and engineers their nice salaries.
Lots of people complain yet many will continue to pay those premium prices.
It's exactly what they want. Reoccurring subscriptions that most people never bother to check or cancel just gives them a license to keep helping themselves to people's money.
Not surprising. Eventually these prices will cause some users to start turning off, or at least lowering their subscription levels. Only when those losses start to outweigh the increased profits from price rices, will Apple believe there's no more money on the table. Same as any other company.

Sorry, that was unnecessary. Just pointing out that Steve Jobs increased prices for things that Tim Cook didn't. Besides, TC has so much money that this is not driven by his retirement concerns.
So to make up for this, everybody CANCEL Netflix. They are the real greedy ones!

When they run out of ideas to increase service revenue it really wouldn't be a shock to see them start charging for major macOS/iOS upgrades.
But you can see the long-term plan is to pump iOS full of ads.
Just so many. They’ve got less than 100 shows. Most are garbage. Other streamers have 1000s of shows. And yep most are garbage.
Lame, LAME, and LAME-O. They’re really batting 1000 this week. More ads AND price hikes?! Keep pushing the line Apple and see what happens. You could easily eat these costs.
Not sure about the content part on Apple TV. Few good shows but barely worth it now. Hmm
I only use AM when there’s a ‘get 3 months for the price of 1’ promo. I’ll stick with free podcasts. Their services aren’t that spectacular.

Way ahead of you Apple. Stopped all their services; iCloud replaced by 1TB External SSD, 5GB free tier is plenty enough for me to backup contacts 😆, and don’t have any need for Apple TV+ & Music. Looks I’m set 😝
And now there's no reason at all to subscribe to any of the services (aside from iCloud.)

Yep. And Tim will proudly brag about ads at the next event while most here eat it up. Meanwhile some of us will wonder why we’re paying a premium to apple already.
