The vimpay limits for the free account are not even close to be useful in everyday's life? if you don't use it just for the bakery...

If you use a credit card to top up the money is available instantly on boon.
[doublepost=1544786944][/doublepost]
Don't know what you mean. This cashback is higher compared to the last one and was available in the same form around summer. I can't see a decline.

Not working for me... my boon is transferred to Germany, no promo and no cashback.
Also I cannot Register boon and mastercard priceless anymore.

Really?

Last time it was 10%, now it's 8(,33)%. To me that's less. They used to be a lot more frequent and with a higher cashback rate (in 2016/2017 things like 5€ back on 40€ or more etc.). The last one (HalloWin) was the best one this year.

Hey, since Apple Pay launched in Germany I switched my bank account from Sparkasse to Deutsche Bank - and I'm loving it. But two things keep me kinda confused.

1) First, how can I use my virtual MasterCard on macOS? I already contacted the Deutsche Bank-Service and stated that I only have to add the card on my iPhone to use it on all my other devices. But that's probably a false statement?

2) A few days ago I wrote - anywhere on a Twitter thread - that Deutsche Bank is also working on a solution to bring the Maestro/girocard into the Apple Wallet (the same way Comdirect plans their integration with VPay). Can anyone confirm this information?

To all you other Deutsche Bank users I can say, if anybody is interested, they will bring real-time notifications scheduled in 2019.

"Are you ready?
Download now the DKB-Banking App so you soon can use your DKB-Visa-Card with Apple Pay."

The last one was 5% capped at 5€.
The HelloWin was the one before that.

And I prefer the one's like the current one, as I'll regularly shop for 20€ and rarely for 100€. So it's easier for me to get the max. from this then from the one's like the HelloWin.

Maybe in spring/summer 2019
April 2019  EDIT: According to the current announcements by the DKB team. Hoping that others (like Revolut or ING) put their foot down and get it done before that.

Ok, for those sorts of purchases that's great. I like the biggies (that's the best time to get a 100€ iTunes voucher on Paypal)! Either way I'm not complaining, just these cost cutting exercises are getting silly. I'd rather have no cash-back but more flexible top-up options (or direct debit if needed). Sadly Wirecard ruined that functionality with the last V2.0 update, but we've been over that one before

Yes but Comdirect has a Visa Credit. Ich will das so, dass das Geld direkt abgebucht ist von meinem Konto, das geht bei boon nicht aber bei VIMpay da die das sofort vom „richtigen“ Konto nehmen

Me as well, I thought of puttin each month amount X on my credit card, so I can basically use it as a "debit card"

I can't add my "new" boon. card to Curve. the "old" french boon. card did work. But the new german not.

If you ask why: Sometimes I get to a gas station, which doesn't accept contactless but I still wan't to use boon. during cashback events.

Sadly comdirect doesn't support standing orders for the credit card. DKB handles that fairly well.

I know you already have the account (and comdirect really is a good bank), but next year with Consorsbank and ING there will be two banks with a Visa Debit in Apple Pay, if that is important.

You were lucky... officially virtual cards aren't supported at all. Revolut Virtual works without any hiccups though

Take your money off via Revolut (if you have such an account). Did the same... Customer service is unreachable at the moment...

Revolut? But it is not on board yet. They send it back on my CC. Strange that I could cancel everything via phone, maybe because of my problematic situation. Hanseatic wants to much information, not an option. Vimpay? Is not an option either. F u c k! Let´s wait for Paypal and/or Stadtsparkasse Düsseldorf then.
My ID should be enough for boon. but no!

? Don’t understand quite what you mean. You can top-up your Revolut account via Apple Pay, use boon and the transfer the money to your account.

Just switch to N26 or Deutsche Bank. No point waiting for Sparkasse as all they’ll bring onboard, if at all, is credit cards..

I don´t have Revolut. Revolut does not support Apple Pay yet, am I right?

I have a MC from Stadtsparkasse Düsseldorf. We have too much products… just switch is not an option. N26? They take you offline when you want to pay. Deutsche Bank? I don´t trust them after all these things you heard on the News.

Are you just regurgitating stuff you heard? N26 are blasted a lot (mostly due to attracting the DAUs) but look who is having problems now: wirecard and revolut  meanwhile I never had POS payment processing issues with N26.

Or just get AMEX. Beggars can't be choosers.

We talk about big red S in a few weeks/months again. There are things going on, even at Apple. Until then, haters gonna hate ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
(which does not mean, that the press release a few days back was not ...OMFG ... even S-employees didn't trust their eyes)

Revolut? This "bank" that does not get a complete banking license but a reduced one and that not even in NL, F, D but have to go to Lithuania? As a company from UK? #scnr

revolut has too often too many problems with their process partners. they are not even close to be reliable. if you read the blogs and tweets from the last months...

N26 does not suffer from instability but from lack of products. they just can't compete with other banks if you are not single or a DINK household with seperate property. They just offer, what does not make work and is easy to fill in a small process. so they don't offer: accounts for young people, joint accounts, savings accounts (for kids i.e.), etc.

Nice second account for playing around but nothing for everyday life, if you have a family.

Well I think N26 would like that you have your main account at N26 and go to the local branches like VRB or S for your kids accounts. They get your salary every month and the local branches should provide you with cost-intensive but without any profit products. for free of course ;)
