If y’all are having issues seeing “Shipped” updates, try checking your Apple email with order number. I still don’t see my AWU2 under my UPS account - and now can’t even see it in the Apple Store app for that matter - but upon checking that email and clicking the order number, it’s shipped.

apparently mine is showing it shipped on Sept 17th....and i just got update saying it'll be delivered tomorrow....was suppose to "ship sept 22- 29th"
Chat with Apple and see if they can see your order status.
I'd say that the replacement may have been due to shipping logistics, inventory issue at the warehouse, or damage due to freight transport, etc...

Phew! I have UPS tracking, and my order status on apple.com has changed to shipped!
It's still at the "Label created" stage, so I don't know where it's coming from. But it's "Next Day Air Saver", so it shouldn't matter, as long as it's currently in the US.

This morning the battery was at 65% after sleeping with it on. Normally it is in the 80s. It was at 100% when I went to bed.

It's happening!! And everything all at once too. Got the trade-in email earlier today from Apple, that my return box is shipping soon. Then just now got the email from Apple that the watch has shipped, and UPS app shows origin scan in Louisville, KY at 9:05 CST.
Tomorrow is going to be a long day though...UPS usually doesn't deliver until after 4pm, but I'm too lazy to drive all the way to the hub to pick it up earlier like I have in the past. I'll just think of it as stretching out the delivery day excitement as long as possible!
