Hoping some of these complication anomalies can be corrected in software updates. It all has the feeling of not being quite ready.

Oh, and no "Now playing" on infographic faces either.

I echo the "seems like its not quite ready yet" the new watch faces are really nice, but not being able to use 3rd party complications seems like something that should have been included.

Developers need to update their complications - some already have.

I'm assuming that'll be the default view once the At Bat app has been updated for these new complications.
I don’t see the infographic complication, but it does work on the bottom of the “utility” face, and I think I have figured out how to get it to update. I went to location services (on the phone), toggled watch faces off and on, did the same in location services for At Bat, and then went to the app settings and turned everything on (background refresh etc). I’m watching an Astros game right now and it is updating top and bottom of innings (arrow up or down and number) not long after the actual change. Sorry I called it lame Apple, this is pretty cool.

And while I’m at it, I upgraded from an S0 and let me say that the cellular features are truly badass - listening to music and making calls while taking a walk without the phone.

No "Now Playing" complication either. Hopefully they're working on it and will merge it with "Music" like it was before OS 4. There's no reason that Music and Now Playing should be two complications.

Not a great workaround , but if you have one of your contacts on either of the Infograph faces , if you press there’s the option to send a message. This however does not allow an an unread message count on the complication if they send & you don’t read. So if you get iMessage from say 2 or 3 regular contacts , a quick fix may be to add them to the watch face. This obviously doesn’t solve anything when anyone else messages you.

How’d you get your contacts face on infograph? I have no option

Never mind figured it out... customizing from the watch and not the app on the phone...

To fix the "needs to be updated to run on this apple watch" issue, uninstall nike run club on your PHONE and then reinstall it on the phone. The app should work again on your watch. As far as adding the complication to your watch face, I've got nothing.

I'm sticking with the regular Modular for now, hopefully the 3rd party updates come son!

After trying the Infograph Modular for a day, I had to go back to the old Modular because I just couldn’t deal with not having my complications. Come on Apple, fix this mess!!!

Seems odd though - the regular modular face has small complications very similar to the infographic modular so even if they aren’t a perfect match they should be compatible. Apple adding new shapes and sizes that developers have to keep up with isn’t great

This is what they showed in the Keynote.. I wouldn't even mind the "old style" MLB At-Bat complication, but none work on the Infograph Modular face. I'm sticking with the regular Modular for now, hopefully the 3rd party updates come son!

How do you get the day and date above the time in the upper right? Mine only seems to show the time there. I wind up having to use the upper left complication for day and date.

I am wondering how having this many complications effects battery life?

I was at 100% at 3pm today and now my watch is already down to 68%. I haven't really used it much since I charged it up. Seems fast to me. (I am coming from a series 2)

I am wondering about this too.
Trying not to freak obsess over it though. As long as the watch easily gets through a day, I guess I’m satisfied.

Coming from a series 0, I’m finding the series 4 battery life miraculous, even with lots of complications. Around 70% full at the end of the day so far.

You’re welcome. It’s weird. I can add it on my old modular face but can’t add it on the infograph faces including the modular one.

They'll be coming in a future update. I can't see them dropping support like for Home. They'll get it in there.

Maybe I'm missing something but since Home is not an informational app per se why wouldn't you just make it a favorite and then it is available at a press of a button? Maybe I am missing something but I prefer informational complications like maybe one from my home thermostat that shows me the temperature at home.

How do you add a contact as a complication? I see it in the Apple keynote, but can’t seem to work it out.

They would first have to be in your favorites, then they show in complications. They are available in the subdials.

I love the new infograph modular face, but I am wondering if anybody else has noticed that while it's possible to set the timer as a complication, there's no stopwatch complication in this view. Does anybody know if this is a bug or if there is a workaround? I find having the stopwatch view as a complication very useful so I can see how much time is elapsed in the stopwatch at a glance.

This is insane. It’s a watch first and foremost, it should have a stopwatch available on all watch faces.

Noticed this yesterday and I even own a Nike watch. I cannot add the complication to other watch faces, and I used to be able to do that.

To fix, un-show the Nike Run Club app from your watch via the Watch app on your fun. Just click show on apple watch. Wait a minute and then install (reinstall) the app back on the watch. You may need to do a quick setup in the NRC app on your phone. And viola, the complication has returned to use on any face. AND you do not loose any of your run data.
