Wow that’s crazy. So either no stock of the variant you ordered or the few in stock went crazy fast. I ordered a 45mm silver stainless steel with dark cherry solo loop on Saturday at like 2pm and have a Nov 3rd-10th delivery estimate.

Dark cherry loop is also a popular color. I ordered a loop band almost 2 weeks ago and there was only 1 available in Las Vegas.

Odd thing was they were same variant. The only difference/mistake was payment method...

Anyone know how updating my current S4 to 8.0.1 will affect if I want to transfer watchOS from the S4 to the S7 on Friday. I could always set up as new, though.

I've had quirks in the past trying to restore iPhones when the new iPhone was on one dot release older, had to update new iPhone (set up as new) to update to the new OS dot release and then restore again from backup.

Anyone in Canada receiving Stainless Steel this Friday?

I’m interested in this as well. I had an aluminum ordered by 8:01am on Friday and didn’t even check the SS. Now I ordered an SS on Saturday and I’m wondering if I could have even ordered and received an SS by Friday.

I have never heard anyone ordering SS so far in Canada and no Apple Store in Ontario were available for pickup as soon as order opened. I didn't see the delivery date, but it's odd that all of them were unavailable, no?

Yep it’s super odd. I saw a lot of aluminum available and there are some 41mm SS available but I’ve yet to see any availability for 45mm SS.

Apple told me to check store stock on Thursday night or Friday morning. Hopefully some comes available by then for others. I’m personally too lazy to go to my apple store so I’ll wait until Nov 3rd or whenever my SS shows up. My aluminum product red will have to keep me company until then lol

Im pretty sure I saw SS for delivery for Oct 15th when I ordered. I am in Ontario, Canada. Ended up ordering 45mm Natural Titanium though. Email confirmation at 8:02am and delivery is Oct 15th.

I checked nearly every combination and it appears that only the Graphite SS with Abyss Blue Sport Band was available at nearly all stores. Just checked now and a few stores in Ontario still showing Available Oct 15.

Gonna go to the apple store next week and see which I like better. Normally I would have ordered the SS as my S3/4/6 were SS but this year update wasn't really an update. Can I live without Aluminum watch fora year or so...

When does apple update the in-store stuff? Maybe I can try to snag a SS graphite on launch day... Also maybe snag an iPad mini 256 Cellular

If Hermes.com has that combo, you should order there too. The website says Apple Watches ship on 10/15. Keep the one that arrives first & cancel the other.

Graphite SS and Abyss is the standard offering globally in countries where you can’t choose the band …… I assume there are plenty of these ready to go rather than custom combinations.

I can’t figure out where it’s going I’ve been trying to track it also out of Shanghai but I don’t know if it’s going to go to Korea or fly around Asia more or just go straight to Anchorage. I was hoping to get a departure scan which I have not gotten which would help figure out where it’s going. But nope I’m still sitting around in Shanghai.

I don’t think you could’ve gone wrong either way. They’re both great and will look awesome. Sit back and enjoy it. I probly should have grabbed one too.

I really like the Modern Buckle band, but currently, I'm only seeing it as an option in 41mm. Has that always been the case, or are they just out of the 45mm ones?
