I find it interesting that pre-orders for launch day always seem to move to an order status that can’t be cancelled almost instantly. It’s almost as if the Apple marketing team knows about “buyers remorse” and the fact that most people can’t be bothered to return stuff. That said, I’m looking forward to my aluminium midnight AW7 being delivered on Friday. No remorse here, but it’s a relatively cheap model that I use every day and know it will likely only have a two or three year usable life. That works for me - and I love the health tracking.
October is the month to visit the Bay Area. The weather is perfect. 💕
Well, if we open a travel forum comparable to FlyerTalk then I would point to having gone to 50 states in my 20s and now having gone to 90 countries, several of which many times like Rome in the last few days.I love it in here. But damn it’s so expensive and parking sucks haha! One more day to goI’m flying back to vegas. Best moment of the day was the Alcatraz Jail! It was so cool.

I still get excited about getting there and being there with few exceptions.
Same for me , I hope I'll like it . No other choice as far as I'm concerned . I stick with AL , I like the mat finish and won't pay a premium for a watch that only last a few years .
My mid november ti order is showing as "currently unable to cancel please try in a few hours". Wonder if they've got a lot of cancellations / changes going on and have pressed the nuclear "all preorders are final" button for a bit while they sort out what is going where.
Anything is possible when you're talking about Verizon. Even with how bad this Apple Watch rollout has been, I still trust Apple a LOT more than another company to get my order to me as fast as possible. TBH ordering from a carrier would be a distant last option for me.
I just rechecked and there have never been any watches of any finish for pickup in the Dallas-Ft Worth area. None. I have an aluminum coming with 26-28 Oct date but all the talk about SS has me thinking. I’ve had every watch from the beginning but always aluminum. If SS appears for in store pickup on launch day here I’m seriously considering trying SS.
I’m joining the SS club too after having only aluminum in the past. Looking forward to it based on others’ comments! I plan to keep for several years so I’m not as worried about poor trade in value.
Generally yes. Usually there is a pending charge at first and then an official charge when it ships. It’s a bit different if you finance vs. outright.
Not only that, the resale value of Apple watches is lousy. That’s why I kept my 4 series SSSB. I’ll only get aluminum from now on.
They do last more than a few years though.
Your right this is also available for pick-up on the 15th at the tax free Delaware store. I went on Friday to trade in and order and I ended up having to receive my watch by mail as well as get taxed by Maryland. After one day I miss my watch already!

I asked this question before in different threads. Seems like nobody knows for sure. For the series 6 I found it only on the spanish apple page advertised as dlc. A few people wrote they asked an Apple specialist (whatever that means) and they confirmed to them it isn’t dlc coated. But I won’t give a s**t on such informations. We need an official statement from Apple.
