Yup, they told me 2 months today.

After having mine since Friday and comparing to the AirPods Pro. I believe I am returning them. I may be the 1% on this. Rationale for this,
• I tried all the silicon tips and even tried the spinfit tips and these still hurt my ears and won’t get a good seal
• to me, the transparency is not as clean as the AirPods Pro
• to me, noise cancellation isn’t as good either
• find my (AirTag like) feature doesn’t seem to be present like the new update AirPods Pro got
• wireless charging (not a big deal really)
• they don’t seem as loud as the AirPods Pro
I’m sure I could find some tips and also the rest of these features could possibly be fixed in a firmware update except wireless charging. It it feels like this was done on purpose to not fully replace the AirPods Pro. Like it’s a quarter step down. Not really even a half or whole step down cause they are good.
The sound quality is good but for me personally it’s just a slight difference with the AirPods Pro being more on the mid and lower end.
I may just return them and repurchase down the road when updates come and or the AirPods Pro 2 don’t launch next year
Maybe it’s me. Lol probably is

See I used the spinfit tips cause they are super soft silicon. I think my ears are sensitive to pressureI have done a couple of APP and BFP ANC comparisons (in a restaurant and at home with a loud fan) and I think ANC is about the same. I compared with no music and music. If there is a difference it is very minor.
APP start falling out of my ears eventually so even if ANC was slightly better it does not matter to me.
I think the sound is a better with BFP and they stay in my ears.
I have used BFPs on many phone calls. Everyone says they sound excellent on the other end.
The BFP case is definitely not as good as the APP case but BFP is better or the same for everything else important to me vs APP.
Edit: Adjusting battery life to 5 hours. This is after two days of wearing them and actually starting my timer/counter to exactly measure the time vs battery life used. 100% to 15% nets about 5 hours use time, with ANC on, and volume at 50%. My Apple Noise/Sound level indicator tells me this is around 65-69 decibels. With my BeatsX and Solo Pros dead and my wired headphones not suitable for working out and other stuff, I'm stuck deciding should I get the APP or Beats Fit Pro now or wait until next year sometime for the APP2, which, if I had to guess, will be Bluetooth 5.2 capable, meaning it will have bit perfect CD quality transmission or Apple's marketing-speak version of that. Leaning toward pulling trigger now because lossless quality out and about is overrated due to ambient noise. Beats Fit Pro look more compelling minus the bulkier case.
Oh yeah, and one of the primary reasons I bought the new Beats Fit Pros is for use at the gym! And these stay in my ears REALLY well. I’ll have to see how they perform after one hour on the elliptical…and lots of sweat. Given that my previous Bang & Olufsen e8’s (3rd edition) don’t budge from my ears (using Comply foam tips) during long exercise sessions, and those don’t have any kind of stabilizing fins, I believe these BFPs will perform well. Tomorrow will tell, as I’ll be going for a workout!Well, this post may be too late, but I purchased the Beats Fit Pro earbuds today—and they both sound fantastic, and have excellent battery life! Far superior to the AirPods Pro!
These really do get around 6 hours with ANC enabled.
As to the quality of the ANC, I’d say it is quite good. I can’t directly compare it to the AirPods Pro ANC, as I have another brand of over-ear ANC headphones that I use (but not for out-and-about or exercise). Though I have read RTNGS sound evaluation of the APP, which did breakdown the noise cancellation by frequency and the strength of cancellation within specific frequencies, like low-Herz where the rumbling of trucks or airplanes fall. According to their (very well done) tests, the APP reduce around 20+ decibels off ambient noise/sound levels, pretty much across the board—which is far superior to most competitors, which typically do not block the lower frequency sounds well. So it remains to be seen how well these new Beats perform, and I can’t make a direct comparison.
That said, living in NOISY NYC, the Beats Fit Pro DID block out street noise beautifully from within my apartment. I couldn’t hear the traffic, barely any sirens, nor loud passing motorists! All to the good. I would love to hear how some others are finding these to be.
I wonder how long until the bottom of our cases start looking like this
This was my Powerbeats Pro after 2 years of use but they are heavier so they have higher chance of scuffing themselves

No just saying lol kind of like a patina more than a complaintDoes it matter what the bottom of the case looks like?
Which model of spinfit?See I used the spinfit tips cause they are super soft silicon. I think my ears are sensitive to pressure

I used the extra tips from my spinfit cp1025 for APP’s. I’m sure these are not the ones intended for the beats fit pro of course but they work. I think if there was about 2mm more on the stem they would work for me and not hurt my earsWhich model of spinfit?
Powerbeats Pro were a bit lazy in the sense that all the cases were black, regardless of what color headphones you got.
BFP have different color cases. My advice - go with white for a cleaner look.
I just got mine in today. What I'd say is that I don't think there's a coating on the bottom of the case that would do this, but the case DOES feel a bit flimsy to me.I wonder how long until the bottom of our cases start looking like this

i feel the same but I don’t think it’s a coating it’s the matte finish getting sanded down by putting it on tables and stuffI just got mine in today. What I'd say is that I don't think there's a coating on the bottom of the case that would do this, but the case DOES feel a bit flimsy to me.
