What would you do? The edges are like that because I had to lift it to get dust underneath the protector using scotch tape. It doesn’t bother me as much as a dust underneath the screen, there is no specks or dusts under the screen...

Once Apple has then back in stock, take it in for them to see. They'll help you out. Make sure you talk to their retail staff AND NOT their geniuses. It's my experience that the geniuses know nothing about these and their warranty. All the best!

Sorry, I meant thats the screen protector I put on it's not belkins, its sparin. I went to the Apple Store but they recalled the invisiglass, but I was asking if you had those two corners like mine will it bother you? Or will you keep it... The reason I am debating and will wait until The Gen 2 of Invisiglass comes out is that the one I have has no dust or specks behind the screen protector it's just the corners that got little messed up due to me lifting it too much, it's not noticeable so much but it's there and sometimes my OCD kicks in but trying to control it.

I believe it is more of a quality issue, the screen seems to be cracked easily. Will post back here again if mine cracks.

I had one on my daughter's X and it cracked after the first week. She is very careful with her phone and never dropped it. I didn't even request a replacement through Belkin and purchased an Invisiglass.

Anyone knows when the 2nd gen will reach apple stores? I got a replacement (my X was having Face ID troubles) and when I was to replace the screen protector (I had invisiglass) they told me about the recall and I had to use the anti glare, but I don’t like it at all

I mean an old glass protector like the belkin, i had my belkin glass protector replaced because of dust under it and they took it of with a green plastic tool from belkin, i wonder if they always do that? Hope the green tool did not scratch my iPhone screen.

On Apple's homepage they claim that the special installation using the machine is unique to them. Well, today I purchased this screen protector from Webhallen in Stockholm, Sweden, and they applied it using the very same machine. Not only is it false marketing by Apple but also very odd that Webhallen still sells these recalled screen protectors. They do indeed not have them on their webpage anymore, but in the physical store I was offered to purchase one when I asked around about another brand. Not until after did I find out it has been recalled.

As to the longevity I cannot comment since I've not even had it for a full day. It looks and feels amazing however and the application was truly perfect.

Someone will probably think that perhaps Apple is indeed alone with the special application machine - in the US. But on apple.se (Swedish Apple shop) it claims the same thing, that they alone have this power.

Any news on when the updated Belkin instore protectors are going to be available yet?
Swedish reseller Webhallen.com claim they already sell the new version of Invisiglass for iPhone X. I have emailed Belkin asking for confirmation but no reply yet.

What gave you that idea?

The video shows the protector being applied to the face of the phone.

I just got off the phone with Belkin. They kindly reimbursed me for the cost of the initial IPhone X protector purchased in November. Protector cracked within 1 week of use. We had no idea they were warranted for 5 years till the Apple Store told us. Belkin Customer rep indicated the engineers are still working on the improved design and February is the current target date. They offered a tempered glass replacement, I requested a refund which was honored. Thank you Belkin.

Mine is still ok at the moment. Do you sent your crack screen back to Belkin for the refund?

FYI - I have the Ultra Clear for my iPhone X. No issues, it's centered and tightly sealed around edges.

I also had Apple Store installed it on my iPhone 7 in June 2017 and developed a hairline crack on the screen protector. I finally had time to deal with it. So I chatted with Belkin Support and complaine about it. I told them I bought it and installed at the Apple Store and they don't want to replace it.
They asked me the date I bought it and told me they will be replacing it under the LIFETIME WARRANTY. It has been 2 days and have not received any email from Belkin.

Would be fantastic if the new design has a good Notch covered part. Without the protector Blacks blended in with the notch perfectly, but with the protector blacks are slightly lit up, as are the edges around the notch. Otherwise very happy with the invisiglass ultra. Used it on my iPhone 7 as well and worked out great.

No Issues with mine originally installed on November 8th, 2017 at the apple store. Although I’m sure something will happen to mine now that I jinxed it lol.
