Honestly.... they still have time to meet that goal. My order says “preparing” with no date now. They have the end of the day to ship before I start going off.

did any one else order for pick up in store today? I did and the order status page always said "Pre-ordered, ready for pickup on 9/21" until today. They removed the pickup date and just says "Pre-Ordered" now. Not a good sign.

It’d be something if all of us SS people ended up getting their watch’s today. I will say, I ordered my series 2 watch from them way back when because Apple’s shipping was crazy, and the shipping notifications were a mess and I had no idea when I’d get it, and I came home from work one day and there it was. Mind you this was an order placed after launch within days of availability so things were hairy everywhere. So...who knows?

Just spoke with a rep. I ordered 44mm Aluminum with sport loop band. No change of status on my order. The rep says that it is currently an inventory issue with no further information. So they are waiting for inventory. When that will be, the rep could not say. Hopefully, something happens today. The frustrating part was just the total lack of communication on their end regarding any kind of update to the status and delivery date. I did put an order in for in-store pickup with a Sport band, so that is an option.

Currently, we only have this information. Once the UPS carrier picks up the package to make the delivery , the tracking number will be updated. There you can see the actual timing where your product will be delivered today.

The Apple watch is released today. That means our team where just waiting for this day to make the delivery. The products are already dispatched to the nearby warehouses in every location. Once the UPS persons pick up the product, they will head for the delivery. This is how Pre-order usually works.

They clearly are out of inventory at this time. I would guess they are waiting for Apple to drop off some watches for them.
Pickup at the store is impossible this week, I see they are now offering next Friday as an option. If they ship this afternoon they could possibly get them to us on Sat but my best guess is that we won't see any delivered untill Monday.

I had my watch ship to store. Ordered it on the 14th and it always said "pick-up in store on Sept. 21st". Now it just shows a preordered status. Hopefully it no longer shows because today IS the 21st as opposed to a delay in receiving the watch.

Idk wth is going on, but all of the aluminum sport band watches that were available on the website for pickup today are now not available for pickup until next Friday! And this is for every single store near me that showed they were available just hours ago. However, it says that you can have them by Tuesday via shipping. Something is very wrong here. My watch which was promised today says that I can have it by October 13 when I choose the option to change the shipping speed.
