I actually rolled back to 14.5 now, my phone throttles today again after a week
Above 80%, like 84 or something, even does this while charging, its probably a power management bug as someone mentioned earlier, its not present in 14.5 though only 14.5.1 and 14.6 b2What’s your battery charge when doing the benchmark ? Back when I had my 6s, it would throttle when battery charge got to a low percentage even with low power off.

Geek whatever doesn’t interest me. If it is abnormally slow on even basic graphic OS effects then there’s a problem, period.Question is, how to know if it's throttled.
My results match Geekbench list, but are these correct.
Not really affecting me, just interested to know.

All else is blah blah.
I don’t play with my phone, I don’t know anything about frame rates, etc. I couldn’t care less.
But when my phone stops being snappy to the point of opening a blank page on Mail or Safari and wait 4 seconds before I can do anything, then wait again for the keyboard to pop up, there’s a problem.
Er, yes. Well, what it was doing after 14.5.1, until I plugged it to the Mac.And is that what it’s doing?
