Looking at the Big Sur developer beta release notes, the weather widget not getting the current location might be a known bug.Hey all, has anyone else experienced the weather widget in the big Sur beta not getting the current location automatically? I noticed it first thing, and was trying to figure out if it's a bug, or redesigned behavior. Under location services in security weather is still checked, but I had to add my location manually to get it to show something other than Cupertino. I tried removing the widget, turning off weather in location services, putting the widget back re enabling weather in location services, and it didn't change until I manually changed it. So was curious if that's a bug, or new behavior. I noticed some other known bugs, but beyond that, it wasn't too bad. Just haven't seen the weather problem I experienced mentioned.
Thanks, figured it was, didn't make much sense to change that to manual only. Anyway, not a huge deal was just curious. What I can't figure out is, where is the notification center ? the lines i'm used to are gone, and clicking on the time/date brings up the widgets, do notifications still go to the same area? I've pretty much figured out the new menu layout other than that little detail though, so my adjustments here have been minor.Looking at the Big Sur developer beta release notes, the weather widget not getting the current location might be a known bug.
