Buzzing / static sound coming from back of new iPhone 7 Plus

There are two fixes that stop the hissing
1- take rubber bands hat tightly sqeeze the phone together there stories about glue causing itso maybe
2- run the phone in low power mode
None are acceptable fixes and may not appply to all models hissing but worked for mine

I have the processor noise on my Verizon 7 plus and it's only at the very top rear by the camera area. You can hear it when playing a YouTube video with the sound completely down. Your ear literally has to be 1 inch or less from the back to hear it. So this is not a problem for me in normal every day usage.
Next I did a video recording in 720p, 1080p and 4K in a completely quiet room. While I can hear faint sounds it's not as loud when playing a YouTube video. I played back the recording and it's nothing to get my underwear in a bunch, I don't hear the same noise.
I'm not going to waste my time any further especially knowing that I'm leasing the phone on a yearly basis. Worst case is audio pickup during video recording but how many times do you record dead silence without some noise in the background. Processors have millions of tiny transistors switching back and forth at super high frequencies so I'm not surprised.

The serial number can be decoded to show the factory and the week of the year in which the device was manufactured. See: http://sndeep.info/en.

I have no problems with my phone thus far
, any tests I can preform that clearly show the issues? We should compare the weeks, maybe one or two batches are faulty?

Apple can take its sweet time because what other phones are you going to buy? Go back to a iPhone 6S maybe? That's showing them. So your only option is to waste your time and keep swapping devices. That seems to be the yearly tradition here so join in like the others.
I just did a 30 second video in my office with no background noise and the hissing is very loud when I watch the video at full volume.
Mic noise. Different issue. There may or may not be a problem with the mic design on the 7, but that's not IC noise.
Well I never hold the back of a phone to my head, but for the sake of this thread, I did.

Can hear on mine. iPhone 7 37 Week. I hear a clicking noise.
To get good capture I just lay the phone face up on a table and start a video capture (yes, you will get black image but you can clearly hear the iPhone internals there).
I can also hear it while filming a normal video on quieter environments, less noticeable than against the table but still there.

Started a video, held my ear up to the back of my 7+, got nothing. (other than a weird video of my ear approaching the phone....)
I can hear mine on the front also. Not just the back. Really gotta listen for it though. Trying not to let it bother me even though I am about as OCD as it comes

May I ask in which factory and on which week your flawless phone was manufactured?
My flawless phone arrived yesterday. I'm at work today so I don't have the box available.

Settings->about and and you have a serial number. You don't need the box. Could you please also record 2-3 sec short 4K video in the quiet room.
