Based on what I saw this morning, they weren't even checking anyone in until 15 minutes before their appointment. Might be worth a try at the end of the day if the store is close by though.

I am sure it's mad chaos with all those people there today. I booked mine for first thing Sunday morning if I am going to pull the trigger and buy. Not in a hurry and better to let the dust settle.
Out for delivery for me. UPS usually comes at around 1pm, but I expect he might bit a bit later with all the iPhone's I'm sure he has to deliver

This year felt very quiet compared to last year. When I picked up mine at 8 AM we were only 8 people waiting in line.
One guy showed up without an appointment and managed to get a reservation at 10 AM. They did ask him to come back at that time, rather than let him in early.
Looks like they are pretty strict and only allow you in at the specified time that you booked.
Anyone else absolutely torn between the Pro and the Pro Max, I've tried both and I still can't decide between the two.
Also, tried ordering a phone for 2 hour delivery but in the confirmation says it's shipping mid October, is this normal or is the website borked?

I got my iPhone 14 Pro Max 256GB Deep Purple at 3pm I did restore my iCloud backup from the day I sold my 13 Pro Max. Everything's great so far. Just ugrading to latest 16.1 Beta right now I know, but i'm a beta guy

Picked up my 256gb PM this afternoon even though the reservation was for Sunday. It was busy, about 10 people in each line. So not bad. The sales guy wanted to know why I was upgrading as he has the same phone I did (12 Pro). It was a good transaction.

Ups dropped mine off without a signature and no one home. Was a little worried but I’m home now and all good. I didn’t authorize that!
When the kid dropped mine off he seemed high out of his mind and when I asked if he needed a signature he was like "Oh. Yeah. I guess so" in a super monotone voice.
Still waiting here in Mississauga at almost 6pm. No change in delivery status. How late does UPS deliver? Going to be miffed if they‘re a no show.
I’m near Ottawa. Same situation as you, no delivery but also no change in status.
Ditto in downtown Vancouver, and to add on my building’s buzzer system is wonky 🤦🏻♂️ today has not been a good day for tech in my world, lol!
