I think Apples biggest mistake in recent years was removing the headphone jack. Surveys in the UK suggest price increases and the loss of this feature were the main reasons for poor sales of the iPhone 7 here. Losing 3D on the screen would be stupid IMO. It's starting to become established and has turned into a very useful feature.
It's seen as a fiddly thing to have to use the adapter, alas many others have now followed...
Just look at the crazy prices for O2 and the Note 8, every single tarif is an upfront £50 ish charge, and then from £66 a month for 24 months, want free text and calls and 30gb data on a 12 month upgrade programme? Hats £91 a month!!! Plus you still have to pay for the phone up front charge!

Crazy prices, well worth waiting a few months and just buying the Note 8 for 2 to 300 pound off its RRP.
But that's because we know that's what will happen with the Note 8, now if this is what one carrier is charging for it, just imagine the iPhone 8 246GB costing £1100 or more!
I think it could be a minimum of £75 a month in 24 month contract and up front phone cost of what £50 to £100! And let's not forget in the UK on some areas you get no choice of carrier? It's still down to who's signal you can get despite what they advertise.

There is also nothing mentioned about 3D Touch. It was supposed to be difficult getting it to work with OLED. Maybe that's not there as well
I'm thinking this as in all these apparent leaked documents about iOS 11 on the new iPhone, I don't recall 3D Touch being mentioned at all. If that is the case, you'll have to use gestures and nothing else to control everything and that's just a mess, with a bezelless phone and a case, it'll be difficult.
