Best Buy has the unlocked S7/S7 edge available. Interesting that they are priced the same as T-mobile prepaid price, which I thought was priced the way it was because of the $40 refill cards.
Anybody found decent screen protectors for the edge yet?

What was wrong with the zagg?I bought Zagg. It was poor. I then bought

It's much better than the Zagg, however if you use a back case with a lip the lip causes the edges of the protector to lift resulting in a crappy look.
It's really difficult getting something satisfactory that works with cases and such on the Edge
This has surely been mentioned here before...
SideSync allows you to answer phone calls on your computer as well as lets you remotely control your phone and navigate the menus. If that's what you're looking for, that's the solution you should look into.
Been looking one for a while. I had a feeling I wouldn't see one right away, that's why I got the S View case at launch. Still waiting.
Wow, just went to a birthday party with my kids, it was in one of those fun zones where it's dark and they use black Light. Thought this would be a good opportunity to compare low light video on my iPhone SE with my S7 Edge. Holy crap is the S7 better, it is the champ of low light. Too bad I didn't have my 6S Plus to compare, I gave that to my wife, but in the brief time I had both yesterday, the SE camera was pretty comparable to the 6S plus.

S7 Edge
Horrible spongey texture and likewise very prone to lifting and bobbling at the edges. Near useless when slipping into Gear VR as it keeps lifting it.What was wrong with the zagg?
You are correct on that one. That is why I always use an app on my 6s Plus that will allow me to change the ISO and the shutter exposure time to get the best from the camera in lowlight situations. The app is called pro shot. It might help you with the SE.
Anyone having this problem with their S7e? The sample size might be too small for people to have had this problem, but on Android Central the thread is getting longer.

I believe spigen have released the revised edition of their curved protector but it'll probably be a few weeks before it hits our shores. I'm looking to buy the phone this week and need something to tide me over until then. Do you think the zagg will work with the spigen cases for now?Horrible spongey texture and likewise very prone to lifting and bobbling at the edges. Hasn't happened to me. My S7 edge has been rock solid. Reading some of the responses on AC some over there think it is from the SD Cards. They were advising them to back up the sd cards and reformat them.Anyone having this problem with their S7e? Two things. I want native solutions. I do not want to tinker to get some third party app to work. Second, I want it to work on my iPad too. Is SideSync available for the iPad?
No, Apple does not allow third party solutions like this. There is no way to get android and ios to communicate like that, ios doesn't have the api and Apple wants people in their ecosystem. Believe sidesync is made Samsung, not sure what native means.
Lack of cross platform continuity is one of my main ios cons. Would rather have a non stock solution than no solution!
Imo you should check your aversion to third party solutions at the door if you want the best out of android, otherwise going all in on Apple is probably best for you
Native means it works right out of the box. No need to add another app or work around to make it work. I can text from all four of my iOS devices. I can make and take calls from all of them too. I can view all my photos on all of them. No need for additional apps that might or might not work. As you know not all apps in the play store work on all Android devices because the developers do not test on ALL devices. I do not want to get a device and have it not integrate with my MBP.
I use camera plus sometimes. But I don't think it will help with video. Thanks, I'll look into pro shot. You are correct on that one. Apple services is one of the best things about an iPhone/Mac combo, though I can't do phone calls on my MBA because it's too old I guess (2011). But I doubt you'll ever be able to natively do those things from a Mac to another platform, why would apple do that? So you would have to use a 3rd party app on your Mac to do it.Native means it works right out of the box. No need to add another app or work around to make it work. Now, native to android, side sync is included on Samsung devices. It's native to touch wiz. But you would still have to download the side sync app on your pc. And the same with hangouts/google voice. Those are native to nexus devices, but unless you have a chrome book you'll have to download a 3rd party app on your pc.
I'll check later tonight. Last time I checked was last September, a bit after the release of the Note 5, and it was "coming soon" to Mac at that point. From what your saying it seems that SideSync is not available on a MBP? Is that correct?
