Hmm, is that in settings, might have to try that myself?
 
There is an update for the Alway on Display.
To get the update, head into the Settings » Display » Always On Display menu, hit About Always On Display, then tap the Update button. This will take you to the Galaxy App store, where you will need to hit the Update button once again to actually grab the latest version of Always On Display. In case you notice anything once the update is installed, well, do let us know through the comments section.

Anyone tried a 360 case ? It basically has full screen and rear protection in one.

I've ordered one to try. I'll report back when it arrives.

Also bought a glass protector to try too. Will again post a few pics when it arrives.

Hopefully better than this horrible Zagg protecting it right now.
 
Not happy

Damn unlocked mobiles sent me S7 not the S7 edge

Got to wait till Tuesday now till the returns team get in touch ugh

Not sure you can as once the box is open I think the return policy is voided. Don't want to risk it

Worse part is they can't sort the issue until Tuesday

Luckily they replied within 15 mins of my e-mails. So that's at least positive if I hadn't of heard then I would be worried and annoyed.

I've bought quite a few phones from them before so I know they are normally good. Just sucks the timing of it being bank holiday weekend.

So I've boxed it up the S7 out of sight so I feel like it isn't here. Just hope they do e-mail me back on Tuesday. Bet I won't get my edge till at best end of next week.

Where are they based ? Hopefully you get it sooner, it's their mistake.
 
Typical.. so the day after I re-buy a Galaxy S7 Edge in black, Carphone warehouse go and start selling the silver model.

How's everyone battery life with the snapdragon variant? I feel my s7e battery has been subpar as of late, barely reach 4hrs of SoT.

That's not good. Is there an app like Facebook running in the back ground killing your battery?

I did a full reset the other night and I'm started to disable all apps through TW. Hopefully the problem fixes itself cause so far it's been a little disappointing.

How's your battery life?

I really don't pay attention to screen on time, but my S7 easily gets me through a day even under the most demanding conditions. It has been the best phone I have ever owned in this regard. It has passed a test no other phone of mine ever could pass: A day @ Disneyland. Unplugged phone around 11:30am, streamed music all the way there (and back...one hour), spent 10 hours there taking many photos and video (testing the camera out), got home about 10:30pm and still had 55% battery. I didn't even need the power brick I brought with me. This was with Bluetooth and wifi left on the entire day too. With all my old phones I was running around looking for a charge in situations like that. They never survived a full day at at a theme park, ever. The S7 has been the first phone I have felt that I could actually USE, and not have to baby. Love it.

Yeah, I wasn't getting that kind of battery before. At the end of the day I'd be around 30% with casual use. BUT, my cell reception at work stinks so that could be culprit.

Ah, that very likely could be the case! I'll say that I am pretty happy with reception on the S7 too. There is this one kind of dead spot at a yogurt shop I go to, and I was sitting there last night using my phone to look up things no problem. My S7 has addressed basically every problem I have ever had with a phone. Finally. It took over a decade for the cell phone industry to make me happy with something. :eek:

I generally get around 5-6hrs screen on time. The best I've seen on any of my android devices, and second to my 6S Plus. Have you checked to see if you have the latest update?
