So far I am at 49% and have 2h28m sot, the S6 would be down to probably 25%
yeah most days I get between 4-5 mainly and if i'm at home all day on wifi 6 hours SOT for sure.

when at work my phone is always at about 10-20% by 22.30/23:00 at night..for me thats all I can want from a phone. Much rather charge it at night so it's 100% for the day ahead then not and need to charge it early morning.

My best so far (S7 flat exynos stock os rooted)

Gotta say....I am loving my S7 edge more and more. Everytime I pick it up just FEELS so good in my hand. It has become my daily driver and my jack of all phones so to speak. I know it will always take a great photo....have great battery life....and withstand the elements...well sort of anyway. Then the display and edge effect are stunning to look at.

Yep! I've always said, customization goes a long way. It isn't just about aesthetics. It's about functionality, too.

There are millions of smartphone users in the world now (billions?). Imagine how many preferences there are for millions of different users. And for a piece of technology that we use on a near daily basis, customization makes a huge difference.

It's not that difficult a concept (customization is optional after all). And it's not that difficult to implement. Apple just chooses not to for a variety of reasons. And it's a shame.

The phone should cater to you.

I never customise my phones be it Apple or Android. I always say that a phone should work for you out of the box and if doesn't it will be returned.

That's fair and entirely your choice to do so. Luckily, customization is optional. There's nothing about adding customization that suddenly means you can't use the phone exact as is, stock, out of the box.

Also, don't most phones work just fine out of the box? Beyond the basic setting up that all phones require, what phone doesn't work out of the box when you first buy it?

Welcome back to the Edge! Did you trade back in the reg S7?

And with the HTC 10 in hand, what are your thoughts about the future potential of an HTC Nexus? Near impossible to say for sure, of course, but you think it has potential to replace the S7E?

I did jump back to the edge! The HTC 10 is a very nice phone and would love to see a 5.5 inch HTC Nexus phone. I wonder what the Nexus phone would lose though? For sure it would lose Boom sound and Sense of course. But will they keep the camera intact as it is on the 10? Not sure about the camera.....that would be the deciding factor for me getting another nexus phone. Stock and me don't seem to get along well over time so keeping the camera would be a requirement for me anyway.....
The only phone I see replacing the S7e for me would be the Note 6.......

I looked on youtube and it looks like a super easy repair, a heat gun and prying the cover off. A new cover on ebay is $30-$50

It was pure idiocy on my part, it was in my shirt pocket and I forgot all about it., I had to jump up and grab something in my garage and it flew out

sorry man! This is where Samsung is dropping the ball IMHO....they should have all of the Samsung Experience Shops in Besybuy be able to replace a glass back that.
