Just got shipping confirmation from Three, so it should be here tomorrow with the courier
Just have to wait and see if the VR makes it, but i am not expecting it too at all.
Will post my unboxing and impressions once it's up and running
My Zagg shield also shipped, so hopefully that'll arrive next day or two also.

Idk why, but the battery discharge for the device when it's off for two weeks goes from 100% to 30%. I should've stuck with my Surface 3 realistically speaking.

I was mostly stuck on battery life when considering the SP4 and didnt get too far into reading other issues. From what I could gather the nontouch 1080p version of the xps13 really takes it to school on battery life
We do have a guy here with a sp4 that is growing to learn and love it but he has not used it docked with additional screens yet (he has a desktop), if that is when the flickering issue arises? Again the sp4 looks more fun, like the book
in a way the xps13 is the most boring, practical choice
Flickering happens w/ lower brightness and in dark areas from what I read. It happens randomly for me.
I wonder if I can do the same? Mello, would you know if I need to contact the ups store first or set something up with them?
In my case I received a text from T-Mobile with tracking info. From there it took me to the ups website where I have an (free)account. It gives you the option of having it delivered to your closest several ups stores, or to change to a different address for a $5 fee. It will also give you a window for delivery, in my case from 14:00-18:30 tomorrow.
Strangely on the website it still shows processing on my order. If you didn't receive the text or email you may need to call T-Mobile to get tracking and then manually enter it into the ups website.

Haven't open my new headphones since I am using GS6 ones, but are they the same at all? And it's just better quality in the GS7 that makes the headphones sound better?
Hey guys, got a question for you. I just picked up my Samsung S7 Edge.
I've used the Samsung S6 EDGE+ before and it seems the apps used to show more on the screen than I can see with the S7 Edge.
It seems the S7 EDGE pretty much shows bigger everything... is there any way to change this?

This is what i posted about earlier, the UI scaling on the S7 edge is not great imo. All you can do is use nova launcher to make the icons smaller. This is why i opted for the regular S7.
Nova launcher can make the icons smaller, but it won't change the scaling when I use the apps itself will it?
Does the regular S7 not have the same scaling as the edge?
The regular S7 has the same scaling but it does not have the larger screen that would benefit from the smaller UI like the 5.5" Edge. Also you are correct it wont help on the apps, only on the icons. I think Samsung are keeping the tighter scaling for the Note models to differentiate from the S series phones.
You guys are lucky that they ship the Gear VR immediately. I have to wait 6-8 weeks for Samsung to process and verify my phone order. Then they ship it.Update ....

1) Does the phone feel like it's a bit too touch sensitive?
I'm not talking about the edges. EX. when I'm scrolling a page with a lot of links, it seems to think I'm clicking on some as I scroll.
2) What is the best method to transfer all my text messages from the iPhone to the Samsung S7?
3) Which adblock are you all using for the Samsung browser?

The best video I've seen showing the features of always on display and comparing it to Motorola and Googles implementation.
I don't think the phone is too small at all. I have a case coming for mine tomorrow that will help with the grip on this phone. I've not had the problem with clicking on links as I scroll.
You can use smart sync on the edge to transfer content from the iPhone. I used it to transfer everything from my Note 5 to my Edge and it worked great. There is an iPhone option in there as well. You just connect the cable between the iPhone and the edge and the app will do all the work.
I'm using Adguard so that I can block ads in apps as well as whatever browser I happen to be using.
