Still not the one you want if you are looking to record in 4k and have fast read/write speeds for games like Asphalt 8 that are graphic intensive. If you don't see the number 3 inside a U, avoid. It should look like this:Yeah, exactly. In my opinion, it's kind of useless without more functionality and opening it up to 3rd party/Google apps.
Darn shame. I will be turning it off when I get my Edge.
[doublepost=1457457108][/doublepost]For those who don't need insane read/write speeds, great deal on a 128GB Samsung microSD card. The Evo series (not EVO Plus).

Additionally...That could explain why. Download booster is off. Wi-Fi calling is preferred.

I'm official back ordered. I snoozed, I lose.
Can't believe it it's a Duos dual sim version
I had asked so many questions on this with negative feedback from Samsung ME etc I thought I would have to use the single till the dual came out in a couple of months
Oh and it's single sim and Micro SD only. There is no dual sim on this handset for those in Europe wondering.
How's touch wiz?Aggressive Ram test .....
So I started with 11 apps opened. After switching between them, I continued to open 2 more.
13 total apps jumping back and forth and no refreshing on me thank goodness.
Didn't push more apps, and I didn't try games as I don't game on it, but confident it won't be a problem for me this year thank heavens.
So yeah. Samsung have definitely improved in this area this year.![]()

Bogo doesn't work that way. You get billed for the equipment and then get a credit. You have to keep service for the installment term. If you cancel, you're responsible for the entire cost of the phone.
It will also need it's own data plan.
It is fine. You just can't record at 4k directly onto the card. I also wouldn't recommend putting games onto the SD card. Use your internal storage for games and after recording in 4k on internal storage, move those files over to the micro SD card and you'll be fine. Just a pia having to move big video files over.I got this card for free from best buy.is it ok ?

This looks to be an impressive device. Most reviews seemingly say go for the edge. Waiting for a price drop might be the best idea though. It's odd I've seen reviewers say it might be better to get the s6 for now but they've said that about the 6s also.
So always on display isn't a big deal? I know I like an all black look. It doesn't show notifications?
It's a nice phone no doubt. Wish it didn't show carrier branding on the back though. But that's nitpicking.
You can't put games (or apps) onto the SD cards on the new galaxies (at least right now). Only media (pics/ music). It is fine. You just can't record at 4k directly onto the card. I'm thinking about turning it off. I see no real benefit to it and you're right, Motorola does this best.Always On Display does show notifications, but only for Samsung apps. It's very unfortunate. Also, you can't act on the notifications. Two big negatives for one of their main new feature.
Motorola does it the best.

Speaking of Verizon, my test unit running on that carrier had a folder with eight of the carrier’s apps in it. The setup process also guided me to using Verizon’s messaging app rather than Samsung’s and a Verizon backup service. It even warned me I might lose important stuff if I didn’t sign up for the Verizon service. At one point, I received a gaudy, jarring full-screen Verizon ad urging me to send retail gift cards via messaging. I also received a notification urging me to let Verizon show me how to speed up visits to its stores.
Yep. That is a really good card. Read/write speeds are very, very quick. I doubt you will ever get the theoretically listed 95/90mbps speeds on a mobile device, but you will def get the fastest speeds of any other micro SD card. And trust me, there is a HUGE speed burst from regular class 10 cards to UHS 3 cards!Agreed.
Should I get this one instead? http://www.bestbuy.com/site/samsung...hite/4713100.p?id=1219807037153&skuId=4713100
I haven't opened the Evo+ one. So I can exchange...
I thought Droidlife proved you could? Can't find the article now, but it was recent...
From games to airline apps to Google Analytics – they all let me move them to my 200GB SD. If I ripped the SD card out, it took away all of those apps and said they were tied to the SD card. That’s somewhat surprising, since the Moto X Pure Edition doesn’t allow you to do that.
