Crazy with fees and shipping like y'all said it's not worth it
Hmm, so where is the best place to sell? I'll probably sell my Google earbuds.

Or I might wait til the trade in promotion is over.
Maybe I'll try Offer Up. Never sold any electronics on that yet, just tires and wheels.

Tbh I have always used Swappa for all my sales... But looking at the margin on the watch not too good for paying the fees.. which Google earbuds are you selling?

Edit ; just realized it's the buds pro ..

It is all about timing. Sell when there aren't other sales if possible or right before a new version is released.

That being said Swappa is a great resource for selling. I have used it for years and despite the fees I don't know of a safer, better way to sell electronics.

There is always eBay but it is like the wild west on eBay. It is the back up if I have no other choice.

There is Facebook and I think tick tock is trying to get a marketplace but I have not tried either. I stay away from tic tock.

Yeah those. My wife's for sure. I'll sell mine too unless there are some reason they are far superior than what I have lol.

I don't even have TikTok and won't get it. I'll also try Facebook marketplace.

I've used Swappa before but it has been a while.

The phone UI is so smooth and the Material Design is a cool look.

The gestures are just so good, it's a fun phone to use.
Nice and smooth most definitely running top notch right now...first home screen

Never had an android wear watch so going to test the pixel watch since resale value already appears to be trash. So far I like the watch well enough, though the setup was a PITA and really, really slow.

My watch needed to do an update, and the poor UI / UX in setup had me wait over 90 minutes for it to update and sync. My series 0 Apple Watch (I just did this) synced MUCH faster to one of my older iPhones that I moved it to on my secondary account.

Once in, I like the interface well enough, and like how the (albeit small) device feels. Will not replace my AWU but when I want to run solo with my Android phone only, Airmessage notifications do come through on this so I have access to messages from both my Android and iOS devices on one watch.

Is the front display not completely flat? My screen protector doesn’t completely stick, it slightly lifts along the edges all the way around.

Anyone else with a screen protector? I have the regular 8.
What protector is it?

I have the 8 Pro now, but my regular 6 and 7 had zero issues with their screens, but I did have a similar issue with a cheap off-brand screen protector from Amazon in the past.

Yeah, I got it from Amazon, but never had a problem like this before. I know last year the screen protectors from Amazon were small on my pixel 7, only covering the screen but not bezels, I like the screen protectors that go all the way to the edge.

I’ll see about getting another brand of screen protectors to see if that was the issue.

Also, for some reason tapatalk pro is no longer showing up in my app list, so had to download the standard tapatalk that has adds. My Pixel Fold has tapatalk pro installed, for those of you that transferred everything over, did it also transfer apps that weren’t in the App Store anymore? I hate the add filled version of tapatalk.

Doesn’t work well on iOS. My network speed was noticeably diminished with this enabled and ads were still popping through.

Thankfully, not a necessity on iOS with the availability of installable content blockers.
Sorry you had a bad experience. I've not had any issues with speed or usability and i have used this method for a couple of years now with different providers.

Yeah, the available content blockers are great..if you use Safari. I replied since Chrome was being discussed and the person i replied to was unsure if there was any option to change DNS on iOS.

But enough derailing of this topic from me. My apologies all.

I've noticed the same thing. Tapatalk Pro is no longer available and is the only app that did not copy over ...where can we find that apk ? Hmmm

Really liked the look of the Mous case from the Google store from the pics those here posted of theirs, so ordered one myself.
Came this morning.

I love it. One of the nicest cases I’ve ever had!

Just waiting on screen protector (take 2) to arrive.

I can’t wait to get my case coming in next week.. What screen protector did you go with? I bought a cheap four pack from Amazon and it’s OK but I might change up.

Just another Amazon one tbh. Not a brand I'm familiar with. Hopefully it's alright.

So what kind of damage are the screen protectors with the black outline producing? I did a search as well as going on YT and couldn't find any complaints.

Not to troll, by why even get within a hundred yards of a google product?? All they do is spy and sell personal data. You’re not only infecting your personal biz but any friends and family you touch base with…🤢

Doesn’t have to be iPhone maybe Linux makes phones? But google??? Yuck.
Because once you are on the internet, everyone spies on you, including Apple. Have a look in Safari or on a Mac and there's this thing called Allow privacy-preserving measurements of ad effectiness. You see everyone does it including Apple. Sure you can disable it and you can disable all that stuff in Android as well. It's right inside the Google app.

There is so much you can do to minimise Google's data collection shenanigans. Don't use Chrome, Google Search, GMail or Google Calendar and Contacts for starters. Set up a NextDNS account and point your Android Private DNS setting to it. Simply not using an Android phone is cutting off your nose to spite your face. Over the past 30 days around 8,000 attempts to send personal data to Google have been blocked on my Pixel phone and I see absolutely no difference to my everyday browsing. All that stuff is normally happening behind the scenes. Much of it also happens on an iPhone . . .
