Just got the same email this morning.
Still no word on anything on my end...
I placed a new order, silver version this time. It went through immediately, and paypal recognized it. It even had a different name on the CC. Already cancelled the old order.Probably will just be a USB C cable.....

that sucks :-( And I hear calling Digital River doesn't do much good. CSRs just say to be patient and wait a few days.
Couple more days and it might be worth a reorder. You'll likely end up with two because as @jamezr says the cancel doesn't likely work. But can always return one. Sucks that digital river is so crappy.
It's here! Now just gotta set it up.
I am getting the 10 from tmo when it is available.
Less than 3 hours from my house. Funny how things work.
First impressions.
Build quality is top notch. Feels great in the hand. The screen is very nice too.
Got a little warm going through setup. Restoring my apps from the s7e.

Better in hand than the S7E?
It's different....glass versus metal. I love what they did with the home button / FP scanner. You don't have to push it to wake it. Not a fan of the button placements on the right side. The volume and wake buttons are on the same side. So when grabbing the phone my fingers are on the buttons.Better in hand than the S7E?

But overall very satisfied with the HTC 10. BTW I got the silver.
Crazy that North America was able to get black front with silver. I for some reason thought it was white bezels, but seems that is the rest of the world. Nice combination.
Also, why would use use the side button as a wake button with a FP scanner?

Yeah I'm left handed so maybe why that hasn't been a problem for me.
I thought they would have been an issue with the Z5 also, but weren't for me.
The FP scanner really is very good on the 10, I would actually like to see Apple go this capacitive home button route and maybe incorporate force feedback into the capacitive button.
I really like the home button FP scanner functionality. It reminds me of the 6P too.Yeah I'm left handed so maybe why that hasn't been a problem for me.

At the moment I prefer physical buttons. Capacitive button I have to be careful not to inadvertantly touch when in landscape and on-screen buttons take up screen real estate. I'm hoping a form a 3d touch comes to android phones and they start using that along the capacitive buttons, so it doesn't matter if you touch it, they won't activate until you hard-press. Then we get best of both worlds.Yes. I'm all for everybody moving away from physical home buttons.

Yup, I do too. But hopefully Android OEMs get going on this too. I wonder this could also be done with the power and volume buttons? Then no more moving parts. That'll be cool. I could see Apple getting there first with their 3D touch and the simulated haptic feedback found in their macbooks.
Looks like I am joining on the HTC 10 party too. I can't believe it either because I said HTC was done before the 10 was announced. Then, I was pleasantly surprised.
I look forward to the DAC audio, boom sound, QHD LCD panel HTC uses, near Nexus experience, the newer and improved FP scanner, etc. If I like it, I will return mine, wait for a price drop and buy it. HTCs are notorious for tanking in value pretty quick. I love my S7 Edge a lot, but for the software hassles Samsung has, it is scary what the future may or may not hold.
