Samsung fanboys need to come down a notch or five. They are apple level around here sometimes. Especially when comparing two phones that are essentially the same.
@MRU have you had an opportunity to install your tgsp yet? I know it can be hard to see the halo on a white faced device, but I'm curious how the fit is.
I tried that but couldn't find the brightness slider for auto mode.Yeah that's just over exposure. Either slide the brightness on the auto-mode or use pro mode and change iso to 100
But those Nexus fanboys are the worst though! so boring and practical
In this example to choose options for earphones, where does one choose theater or music mode? I do not see it here or on the A9 on display at ATT.

But that defeats the purpose of point and shoot when out and about with your phone. The time it takes to make camera adjustments and you lost the shot.
It should be right next to the tap to focus reticule ... same as on an iPhone
Can you just swipe the screen up/down anywhere on the screen to change that?

Oh stop it. I am far from a Samsung fan boy as this is my first Samsung device in probably 4-5 years. Just having some fun in a different type of comparison versus the same boring conversations we see regurgitated all over this section of the forum.
That being said, maybe the S7E is a Tesla and the HTC 10 is a Nissan Leaf, better?
Internals are nice but the hardware and design was what I was discussing more so as the camera and screen on the HTC10 can't hold a lick to the S7E.
Have some fun will ya.
Yep. With option menu sliding for additional options.Wait...that's what the HTC camera app looks like now?
One think I think we all can agree on..... It's time for Samsung to lose the front logo.
That looks nice!Hope Sammy will follow on with what they did with the South Korean model:

Once I get this phone today, I'm just going to use it and not actively seek problems or run it side by side with the s7e.
The problems I run into with the edge surfaces during day to day use. Little things that compound and begin to irritate. Things that shouldn't be a problem....the iphone had its own quirks.
I'll be interested to see how the 10 holds up.
Has anyone thought of a USB-C type dock?
This one looks nice...

That looks nice!
Here is another one...
The iPhone and M10 look like a sleek black slab. The logo ruins it on the S7 imo. But the logo is less noticeable on the chrome S7 edge in the previous picture.
