I'm not running any beta version of Sierra either and like you I also thought that it could be a problem with the computer (phew). Thanks for reporting. Is it any idea for me to report it as well? It will probably be marked as a duplicate?

No, go ahead and report it. Its only duplicated if you report the same issue twice. In my report I mentioned the issue was occurring with B4 and B5.

I have to be honest after moaning since i got my 7 plus that ios 10 has been stuttering im happy that 10.2 beta 5 has fixed it for me and the phone is noticeably faster, beta 4 wasnt fixed so beta 5 has really changed something, i think this is final one and the one public will get on monday

Seems on here on Verizon 6s. 3 dots signal and 33/8.6 speeds. About the same as any other versions with only 3 dots .

Nope. Prob not until release as the TV app wont be in the store while its in beta.

Correct, but his original post seems to only mean this beta as he said "this beta over 10.1". But we are all good now. He clarified.

10.2 compared to 10.1 there are a lot of changes. Between 10.1.1 and all the 10.2 beta 1-5 will be quite a few changes from 10.1. @altchamp look back at previous beta threads post #1 for a pretty good listing of all the changes in 10.2 as compared to 10.1.

Is anyone having problems with iTunes backups with 10.2 B4/B5? Every time I try to do an encrypted backup I get an error on both iPad and iPhone. "Your device could not be backed up because the connection to the device was reset". I've tried different cables and deleted the files in the iTunes Lockdown folder. Deleting the files seemed to help for a little but the issue still returns.

I've been unable to back up to iTunes for a while now. "Unable to backup because the iPhone disconnected" or something like that. I read that the only way to fix it is to delete iTunes and reinstall. I'll just rely on my iCloud backups since there's no way I'm losing my playlists, play counts and star ratings.

Edit: I'm still on 10.1.1 and the latest version of Yosemite.

Very interesting. I have not uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes. If I don't hear back from Apple soon about the Bug report, I will try doing that. I just find it very weird that this issue did not start until Beta 4 on Monday. Seems to be a slightly different issue than yours but still a backup issue nonetheless. I also create iCloud backups every night, but I do iTunes 1-2 times a week because its faster incase I need the backup, plus the iCloud backup does not restore some of the apps I have because they are no longer available in the app store.

This was new in beta 4. Although it appears home sharing is on and logged in, I cannot find a way to access shared content in the TV app. The previous videos app worked great with home sharing.

It's actually as good as the other betas. Plus it's a little early to telling since it came out less than 24hours ago. Don't listen to people that tell u it isn't, so quickly. By Sunday or Monday you, I and everyone else will know better.

My 6S lost 2% battery overnight and has been going strong today so far so I'm pretty happy with the battery life. No major difference that I can see since beta 1.

No battery issues here. It's early but seems to be a touch better than 10.2B4 and that was a touch better than 10.1.1.

What do you mean Beta 5 ignores iTunes content settings? Anything you have on iTunes preferences will not appear on your iOS device's preferences.

The iPhone videos app is being phased out. I don't even have that option anymore.

I know it's been a bug for awhile on air 2 but until this beta my air worked the way it's supposed to. Immediately after installing this beta my rotation has been completely screwed up. This is a major issue, how is this still a problem after 5 freaking betas???

Shouldn't this be listed in the bugs section?
