Call me a bit skeptical as well. Without 10.2.1 having been released yet (though there's still today or Monday, I suppose), I don't see 10.3 coming on Tuesday. That calls the whole rumor into question then.
iOS 9.2.1 final came out 19th January 2016, 8 days after they released the first 9.3 beta on 11th January 2016. Far from impossible that the 10.3 beta comes out before 10.2.1 final. There'd be some very strong parallels there - with version numbers and dates.

Question: Will Apple release iOS 10.3 beta 1 and iOS 10.2.1 at the same day ???? And if these updates release on Jan 10 ,which one I will get ?

if it's like last year, 10.2.1 and 10.3 will both be in beta at the same time, with 10.2.1 coming out in Jan and 10.3 in March.

you will get whatever the latest beta is.

I think the theatre mode will just be a brightness setting, just like a movie mode on a TV. Theatre mode name don't make sense for a Dark mode and I dont think such a big and requested feature will release for an .x update.

Parallel would be night shift...

I find it hilarious how the media calls it "the worst iOS update ever" already without actually knowing what it is. There is even a snapchat story about it

Im pretty sure thats not a hey you can use your phone at a cinema now mode

Its dark mode. Not what we expect about a dark mode. But some kind of

Seems like just a concept design essentially.
Certainly seems like something that could be faked. Why in the world would Apple announce something like dark mode in a point update? Wouldn't they save something like that for WWDC?

You guys kept calling it dark mode, I am done. I prefer to stick with Theater Mode. Sonny Dickson said it correctly, period.

That screenshot floating around twitter is just a mockup from Federico Vicitti.
