I know your not the developer.
[doublepost=1483979153][/doublepost]
Well that's you. You believe what you wanna believe. I wonder if some of you guys in here have common sense.
What the hell? Do you not understand how someone coming in to a thread and hearing "A confirmed Apple developer has confirmed Dark Mode" might want to know the evidence behind this statement. And how that person might not find it satisfactory when another poster such as yourself simply replies "He is confirmed an Apple Internal Developer".
I also stated several times I didn't believe one way or the other - I just wanted to see the evidence I'd assumed others had seen in order for them to make such bold claims.

Right. So the answer is either he is not really an Apple Developer or he's pranking. My money is on the former. Apple people just don't identify themselves on social media (unless its Tim or Phil). There's a reason for that. I had an Apple regional retail manager living 3 doors down from me. He wouldn't discuss anything about anything. That's the corporate culture. So, what you saw may not be fake, but I would be willing to bet my lunch money that he's not really an Apple employee.
As others and I have already stated, there is much evidence on his Instagram he is an Apple developer. E. g. see the picture with Tim Cook.

An official dark mode theme will not be released in the middle of iOS 10. That's a major feature. Apple would save that to launch iOS 11 on the iPhone 8.

Is the so-called Apple developer pictured in this picture of Tim Cook? lol

Can Apple release 2 beta in 2 days? :( seems unlikely because they just released 10.2.1 beta 3 today :(

Don't quote me, but I think they have released two separate beta programmes in quite close proximity, I remember being annoyed at having upgraded to the lower point release.

Do you really think an Apple employee would post anything about an upcoming release on Instagram? Their next job title would be "ex-Apple Employee".

I'm sure he was instructed to by a superior, who was probably instructed to tell his employees by someone at the top. Either to build hype or whatever reason... this guy is an engineer for Apple I'm sure he is too smart to post something like that without getting it cleared or without some direction.

LMAO i just realised that picture of Tim Cook has Tim Cook really badly photoshopped in on top of someone. Unless he's sitting on someone's lap?
[doublepost=1483985544][/doublepost]The evidence that 'Fabian Wanner' was in a meeting with Tim Cook is clearly doctored - unless Tim Cook is casually sitting on top of an employee?

It's not entirely unlikely that 10.2.1 beta 3 would be released to developers and public beta testers today and then 10.3 would be released only to developers tomorrow. If I'm recalling correctly, it has happened in the past.

iOS 9.3 was also released on January 11th of last year and then was released to the public in March. This would fit the same time frame.

Seems like given the angle Tim Cook is sitting by the table while someone else is sitting further back by the wall and Tim Cook just appears to be right in front of them given the line of sight of the camera. That said, it doesn't really prove or demonstrate anything in particular about the people there one way or another.

Well, there will more than likely be iOS 10.3 at some point, it's just when exactly and what will be part of it is something that's not really publicly known.

It's an optical illusion. There is another row of chairs behind them away from the table; the ones with the see through mesh backs. That is where the guy behind Cook is sitting, and it appears the guy to the right as well; not at the table. Cooks chair back is to the right of his shoulder as he is facing left; the guy behind's chair back is perpendicular to the photo taker.

Still I agree this proves nothing, it could be anyone's photo who doesnt want to step forward and be identified. And I doubt Apple would want photos of internal meetings on his Instagram; at the least not disclosing confidential stuff about a future release.

iOS 9.3 was a fairly big release that Apple had a specific web page for and that they even talked about at the iPhone SE keynote. Perhaps they are going for mid-term feature releases for iOS now, to give users something to look out for amid otherwise unexciting releases.
