Just noticed that when using apple pay on this beta that I no longer get a receipt notification for any transactions, nor does it show it in the transaction history in wallet and apple pay settings.
Just checked on my 6S+, I have my last transaction listed under the card in Apple wallet BUT it is not listed in recent transactions.

For me was 11.1 more fast and smooth than 11.0.1 about 3-5 hour after update. After one day of using 11.1 had same stutters and animation lag. After downgrade to 11.0.1 animation are better. iphone 7
For the first time I have to agree on my 6S+ I too am getting stuttering and animation lag. This is not something I saw on 11.0.1 or before.

sorry if this a dumb question, but is this a free public beta from apple.com or is this a developers beta ? that you have to pay for. Thanks in advance.
Yeah this one is available as both a developer and public beta. Both are free with the only difference being you technically are supposed to have a developer account with Apple to receive the dev betas and the public betas are typically released between a few hours and a few days later than the developer variety.

Hope that helps.

This is a iPhone 8 plus, don’t know if there’s a glitch or not, standby is a little to close to usage if you ask me

A little less than normal, im getting 14 to 15 hrs stand with 7-9 hrs of use on screen.
[doublepost=1506741285][/doublepost]Someone else getting that the screen shots that you want to upload here are too big to upload? because I have to send them to my Mac and the take a screen shot from that screen shot to make it so that the forum accept it.
Just Whatsapp the image to yourself. It'll get downsized dramatically

Hi there,

Having huge battery life problems since updating to 11.1 (OTA). Is it OK to restore over iTunes and try all things again? Is there be any effect? It's huge drain not overnight but in usage also. 20 to 30% worse than 10.3.3.

Has anyone had significant issues with the apple Mail app crashing? Any fixes for it? I had to downgrade cause my mail app would not work even after resets... immediately after I’d open it then it would respring and close within 5 seconds

You can try updating using iTunes since it may be a bad OTA update.

Nope, mail app is working fine for me. I've had about 9 email accounts on it.

Regarding the email app I seem to have misplaced mine. Not sure what's going on but I was using a couple 3rd party services not the oem. the OEM is MIA it seems. Does this happen if you use 3rd party email apps, Yahoo/Gmail. I do not find it anywhere on my iphone 7.

Might have deleted it accidentally. You should be able to get it from the App Store again if you want.

Music widget disappear bug still exists in this beta. Only way to get it back is to lock and unlock again.

I had a similar issue on my iPhone 7 Plus where battery usage matched battery standby. In my case I solved it by deleting two vpn client apps that were hung and not connecting. Once I deleted the vpn clients and rebooted the iPhone battery usage returned to normal and in my case quite good. I need to contact the vpn developers to advise them of the issue. Good luck!

I’ll delete all my vpn apps and report back on the issue tomorrow, thanks for the suggestion!

And messages either remaining the same number after checking them or not showing correctly. Happens randomly.

Issues and bugs in .0 releases are normal in software so of course I wouldn't complain about that - it's releasing a product that isn't finished that is the

Are you saying there are hardware issues then? Sounds like you are complaining about issues in software of a .0 release.

Coming on here to report and discuss bugs is one thing- it actually helps, but to just complain for the sake of complaining, that something isn’t perfect does nothing- especially on a beta software forum. The whole point is to identify the bugs, not complain continuously.
