Not trying to be a Johnson, but for everybody reporting about the Weather app not updating: why not install a third-party solution and monitor progress on a fix in the meantime?

yep, have to agree, although i had NO complaints whatsoever regarding performance on my iPhone 6, i have to say that this beta is definitely faster and smoother
Tapping on an address in a contacts card in messages to get directions is broken. Been that way in 11.2 also.
It’s working in the contacts app itself for me, but if someone sends me a contact card and I tap on the address, it just opens maps and nothing happens.
I’ll report it either way with a screen recording.
That's exactly what I'm doing. I installed storm app and use their widget. After every iOS update I checked the weather app to see if they have fixed it, if they haven't, re-report it and continue waiting.
Oh and the feedback app doesn’t allow you to select your current build. It has a lot of other builds to select from and no “other” option. Weird.
Ok, awesome. Then it’s not working 100% of the time for everyone. Needs to be fixed regardless.
It's not easy to quantify, but there is definitely 'some' improvement throughout the OS and I'm enjoying this release. Wondering how they improve upon this in terms of fluidity and speed.
They increased the animation speed slightly that’s why it feels faster.

these people strike me as true masochists sometimes.They don’t update the builds in the feedback app until the public beta is out.
The year 2017, when we have 3+ min videos to show that nothing has changed :/ anyway, what phone case is this ?
Having a lot of trouble with the music player on this beta. Doesn’t show up at all sometimes. Even control center shows paused when it’s really playing. Controls don’t work sometimes. Also, not seeing that new “ music note” icon when there is no album artwork. I just see the standard icon for the Music app.
Sorry to hear that. Super smooth on my 7, better than iOS 10’s control center ever was.
