[doublepost=1520899547][/doublepost]1.97GB on IP6 coming from beta 2

Typing feels more fluid on my iPhone 6.

I had some problems with Beta 4 and network-connections - anyone else?
I see B5 has a new modem firmware... maybe fixed it.

I am among those of us who have been having problems with messages in iCloud fully syncing and I went to settings after updating to toggle the messages in iCloud to force a sync on this beta and for the first time ever it decided to tell me that messages were not fully downloaded on this device and asked me if I was sure. So potential progress? Let’s hope so.

Anyone more successful with syncing on this beta yet? I know my message database is pretty large so it takes awhile to check anything on my end. I should have some news by tomorrow.

Anybody else having weird hangs/lags on the betas like this guy has been having on his phones running the betas? Or does this guy just have a bad device or devices?

I believe HSA-2 is referring to 2 factor authentication.

Enable 2 factor authentication and then see if the problems persist. If they do then give feedback again but I believe the problems will be gone once 2 factor is on.
Thanks for the information. I've already tried this I'm afraid but the rest of my messages does not get synced. Here's what it looks like (I've updated the wiki). My iCloud-backup is about 12 GB in total and out that, messages consists of approximately 9 GB. However, if you look att the backup-size you can see that its 26,2 GB in total and the messages consists of 14,2 GB. But when I go to iCloud storage/Messages you can see that only 3,87 GB of my messages has been synced.IMG_1874.PNGIMG_1875.PNGIMG_1876.PNG

Beats Studio3 Wireless Noise Cancellation options in iOS are missing. This was here on older versions of iOS 11.

Too many random reboots on my iPad Air 2. Especially when using Facebook messenger app and one finger swipe up for control center.
Oh! I forgot the messenger bug with my air 2 as well. Glad if its been fixed. I mainly use my iphone for Messenger so that's why I didn't have to complain much about previous beta's.

I know the battery health stats is in beta, but I thought there would be more. More info such as charge cycles remaining etc. Even just down to the aesthetics, like maybe an Apple style graph or some other visual aid to help understand the battery health. Anyone else?

More number shown = more calls to AppleCare and visits to Apple Store

The average consumer can't handle that info.

I'm actually surprised Apple put a percentage. I was just expecting red, yellow, green for battery health.

Yes, this happend to me on my 6s plus.
I have done a full resit for the setting and the problem got fixed.

Anyone been having battery issues in beta 4 or 5? I was fine with battery like on 7 plus and in beta 4 **** seems crazy I can see the battery drop in front of my eyes using apps

Is there really a need for HomePod Developer BETA's? As there is no development kits or anything for the HomePod as it doesn't take or support apps or anything developed by third-parties? What would be the reason for giving developers access to early builds for such a locked-down device?

For macOS, iOS, watchOS and tvOS it makes perfect sense as developers are maintaining and developing apps for the platform. New API's and changes in the software stacks needs to be in the hands of developers beforehand so they can ensure their apps will be compatible and fully working with upcoming version and it gives developers the possibility of implementing and start playing around with new and upcoming API's before its officially released and in the hands of the users.

But none of this really applies to the HomePod.

I could only imagine the beta might bring more domains to HomePod Siri or give some apps an actual way to test AirPlay 2 integration with their apps.

After I updated to Beta 5, some of my apps lost its account info and I have to re-login for a ton of them again.. did this happen to anyone else?

Unfortunately that happened to me going from 11.2.6 to beta 3 with a full download. It also wiped out my Bluetooth devices and deleted all of email accounts. It screwed up a bunch of stuff. I ended up restoring to iOS 11.2.6 from a backup. What iOS version did you update from?

I’m down to 60% already because I didn’t follow my own advice.

Always flick low power mode on for the first day immediately after installing a new beta by the 2 Nd day it’s fine
