11.4 has to come next week at the latest. Only 2 weeks until iOS 12. I hope it comes this week
This comes up every year, and every year there's been betas of an update for the current version of iOS and a beta of the next major update running concurrently. There's nothing preventing Apple from having a beta of iOS 12 and a beta of 11.x going at the same time.

Not every year, only Post iOS 7. So 8, 9, and 10.

Me too but I’m not really excited because it’s not a feature update. That doesn’t mean iOS 12 is going to be bad or something but we don’t get many features, that’s why I’m not excited about.
I am excited for iOS 12 as well, but I have bigger expectations from macOS 10.14, because Sierra and High Sierra were minor updates, so I hope for a major one now.

Since we got a late beta last week I suspect Thursday will be the day for release. (unless there is another beta in the works which I doubt.)

I'm hoping for current feature depth in iOS 12. Depth like: Make reminders work like it should. Add user selectable snooze duration to alarm. Make widgets update another and more reliably. Finally kill all the Bluetooth issues... Make it JUST WORK like it used to. That would be satisfying. After it's rock solid, add new stuff. I'm tired of messages alerting on my watch while I have iMessage open on the phone and am having a conversation. Stuff like that.

Nope. Monday is Memorial Day, a holiday in the US. I'm hoping either this Thursday or next Tuesday but I have a feeling it will be after June 4th.
