Wish I had your discipline, I definitely use more than 15 stock apps but I probably have too many one off apps I use once a month or so.
I've only had b2 on my XS Max for a short bit however the Badge says one thing, All Inboxes says something else, and the account badges only correct themselves after the app is open. I can watch them update. Next item is even though the app has just checked for new mail, when I open the inbox of an account it automatically checks again - even if it checked not 10 seconds ago. Next, when I open an email, even though I have it set to load remote images, it won't until I actually open the mail. In 12.4 I can open an email with the same settings and the images are already loaded.
This is making the initial entry into the Mail app and looking at emails slow.
On a lighter note, I have not had a mail tell me it was unable to load....
Ha. I definitely enjoy a lean, minimalistic phone. Only using 18GB of storage currently!
Went through the 12 updates on my XS Max. Had that happen to the one sitting in the Task Manager.

Sending Messages to non-iphones that contain a graphic. In this case it was a small gif.
Sent iPhone to iPhone - 3 seconds
Sent iPhone to Android - 17 seconds

That is probably to be expected. iOS to iOS uses a different protocol (iMessage) than iOS to Android (Green Bubble), which is MMS. Raw app data is almost always much faster than a data-relayed MMS. Even SMS messages are a bit slower than Blue-bubble iMessage.
But smart invert is a very useful accessibility feature for those who need it. Dark mode and Smart invert are 2 very different things.
Yeah, I doubt they scrapped that. It’s Accessibility related and Apple is serious about Accessibility.
Try going to Settings/General/Reset/Reset Network Settings.
Had that happen to me once before on a previous beta and this seemed to fix issue for me
CarPlay issues in IOS 13.1 b1 seems to have been resolved.. Tried on my RDX 2019 and it worked fine..
No longer receive my Ario notification anymore, no badges, no sounds, no notification center messages..... all are turned on. Tried reinstalled app and reboot phone, no luck. Anyone with Arlo has the same issue? I have even tried newest version of Arlo app (2.8).

That is great to hear, I will probably install beta 2 then in that case since that was a major issue for us rdx owners.
I had a random thing with Waze on 13.1 b1... otherwise, beta 1 on CarPlay was pretty solid.
Been working through the issues to date, and b2 seems significantly more ready for prime time - at lease for me on my devices.
I am curious to see how the S4 watch battery performs (watchOS 5.3.1 and iOS 13.1 b2) over a day's time.
for anyone having issues with mail, uninstall the stock mail app and redownload from the app store
Ehhh...lotta people have tried this. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.
Didn’t work for me a few betas ago. I haven’t tried with this beta yet.
yeah YMMV but this helped with this beta and helped with one of the earlier 13.0 betas for me.
I haven't had a single issue on the WatchOS beta. That's my experience.
