FFS can we maybe start a thread talking about the build number/progression/release schedule/Apple's thinking regarding 13.0 vs. 13.1??
We've had a pretty robust discsussion over on the speculation thread. That's probably a good idea to confine it there. Sorry for contributing to the clutter.FFS can we maybe start a thread talking about the build number/progression/release schedule/Apple's thinking regarding 13.0 vs. 13.1??
Anyone know why, when replying to a post in this forum, the caps lock key gets turned OFF when pressing the “return” key? (Stock Apple keyboard)
For example, try to reply to this post, and then press “return” in order to move the cursed down a line. Why does that turn off the caps lock?
Wow, they still fix nothing in smart invert colours. Unbelievable.
I hope the wallpaper crop glitch is fixed so my son stops thinking that I crop him out on purpose and that I don't love him anymore...
That seems high, but it is not unusual for a large amount of "other" storage to be present during the betas. Log files, etc... Usually, you can clear that out by doing a restore from iTunes. Once you leave the beta program, that'll go away too.Anyone else seeing over half of their storage just being consumed by “Other”? I have eliminated so much stuff from my phone and this keeps growing
Have not seen this on XR or iPP 11. Have you sent Feedback to Apple?I’m seeing a problem in this beta and in the last one as well, where updated apps won’t launch after they are updated. They crash after the splash screen. Tested on an iPad Pro and iPhone X
I find my 16GB 6S (yeah, can't make that mistake again luckily) fills up every two betas or so with around an extra 2GB of "other" logs and diagnostics stuff. Syncing to Finder (Catalina) clears it. No need to do anything as drastic as a restore. That seems high, but it is not unusual for a large amount of "other" storage to be present during the betas. Log files, etc... yes report sent to app via the feed back app. no word back from them yet.Have not seen this on XR or iPP 11. Have you sent Feedback to Apple?
Yes.
Have fun when upgrading if you restore from backup. New iPhone won’t like that you’re on 13.1 beta X when they ship on iOS 13.0.
I still wonder if the direct device transfer works going from a newer OS to an older OS, that would avoid the whole backup issue that usually affects upgrades.

Every year I set up my new iPhone from scratch. Not an issue for me.
Then you’re good, see too often people wondering why on their daily driver when this happens.
