When I opened up the Podcast app, there was an intro screen about a beta “Search by Audio” function. Sorry, no screenshot.

Do you honestly think that Apple next week is going to leave a bunch of people on the public beta stranded on a beta release until the end of September or October? Public beta testers have always been able to update to the new OS and then choose to drop out of the beta program, if 13.1 isn't the public release then that's going to be a lot of people annoyed at Apple.

They don't say not to use public beta on a main device like they do with the developer betas.

One still can't open .gpx route files in the relevant navigation app (Cyclemeter in my case). Is it up to the app developers to make their apps iOS 13 compatible by adding their actions into the share sheet? I assumed they'd carry over from iOS 12 (where it worked fine).

They don't say not to use public beta on a main device like they do with the developer betas.

They do, in the FAQ section on beta.apple.com they say: Install the beta software only on non-production devices that are not business critical. We strongly recommend installing on a secondary system or device, or on a secondary partition on your Mac.

I'm sure it will come out when iOS 13 dictionary development is Finnish.

Well, I just received two emails (via IMAP, not iCloud) and I got notifications, a badge icon, and opening mail correctly shows the status of my inbox!

Wow. Maybe it's a fluke? I'm certainly not closing my Feedback on this yet, but it's a good sign.

Its just funny that smaller countries like Norway and Denmark has it already but Finland is put outside of it thus far Ive tried it with swedish and it is really a nice future to further speed up typing. And Android has had it for ages even with finnish langauage. Wonder why Apple wont implement native support for it

The messages app doesn’t work when I drag it into split view. I just get a gray/black screen. When I move the slider to 50/50 and then back to 70/30 it shows up. Anyone know if this has been fixed?

Also, on iPad the transparent folders appear to be fixed as well.

No issues here. Sometimes it's worth resetting network settings after installing a build.

That's a hella stretch, remember, you are posting in the 13.1 Beta 2 thread. Is it impossible? No. It's it improbable? Hella.

Most likely there will be a 13.0 release followed shortly after by a 13.1 release. Probably a month later or so.

We will know next week when they either release a 13 GM or not. That‘s the deadline though cause developers need a target to compile their apps against. I‘ll put all my money on 13.1 being the release cause in ALL THE BETA YEARS, there has NEVER before been a case where a point release beta gets pushed out before a GM.

Also remember the 13.1 build is a 13.0 series build number 17Axxxx so potentially its 13.0 in reality. Typically an x.1 would get a 17Bxxxx or whatever. So effectively this beta 2 could be a beta 10 in build years

Thats why that pile of **** is fixed, cause it was and IS, wrong. It seems you actually fell for and believed it too... saddening..
