Based on what proof or evidence? This is nothing that suggests this. iOS 13.1 is only at beta 2, it will need at least one or two more betas.
Do you honestly think that Apple next week is going to leave a bunch of people on the public beta stranded on a beta release until the end of September or October? Public beta testers have always been able to update to the new OS and then choose to drop out of the beta program, if 13.1 isn't the public release then that's going to be a lot of people annoyed at Apple.

They don't say not to use public beta on a main device like they do with the developer betas.

I was never a super fan of peek and pop, as it seemed too difficult to accurately get the correct pressure level to invoke the one you wanted. Haptic touch seems very useful and invokes consistently. Plus, now its common to all devices, which will hopefully lead more developers to support it across the product lineup.
Thanks. I just did a mental checklist of areas I actually use 3D Touch (peek and pop has never been one) and it's really just quick replying to notifications from the lockscreen and moving the cursor (the touch and hold for the magnifying glass interface is/was horrendous). I think I recall seeing it mentioned that the lockscreen quick reply was working but I haven't seen anything about the cursor. Working?

I'm not following you. Apple will release iOS 13.0 (GM) next Tuesday and 13.0 to the public the week after. All they are doing is starting 13.1 earlier than previous cycles. Anyone that wants off the beta train can restore to 13.0, just like any other beta cycle.

"They will release iOS 13.0 GM next Tuesday".
But how we are going to able to get that since the beta profile gives us 13.1 betas?

Apple has provided Public Beta testers .ipsw in the past. (They had a dedicated website for last time they needed to do it) And all developers have full access to the .ipsw.

Also, worst case they are stuck on 13.1 until the public release of 13.0 in that case PB testers can download it directly through iTunes to restore. So developers install the GM through the dev center and PB install 13.0 like they normally would through iTunes once released. I dont see the problem.

I have noticed on both 13.1 betas it is not showing 5Ge on AT&T anymore, just LTE. Is it like that for others in a "5Ge" area?

Also, on iPad the transparent folders appear to be fixed as well.

New Feature (at least on iPhone 8).

When in “Rearrange Apps” mode, the moment you hold an app and start to drag it, there’s a new haptic vibration that didn’t exist before.

Well, I just received two emails (via IMAP, not iCloud) and I got notifications, a badge icon, and opening mail correctly shows the status of my inbox!

Wow. Maybe it's a fluke? I'm certainly not closing my Feedback on this yet, but it's a good sign.

Edit: Another email, another success.

That‘s why they have to go for 13.1, cause it introduces new major features. Apple probably had to install beta 8 level version on the new devices weeks ago to evade potential tariffs. The new phones ship with the barely stable beta 8 as GM and get a day 1 update to the „new GM“ 13.1.

“Barely stable” is incredibly hyperbolic...I’ve been running it for weeks with almost no issue.

When I opened up the Podcast app, there was an intro screen about a beta “Search by Audio” function. Sorry, no screenshot.

Volume HUD & touchscreen input delay bug is still there.

1) invoke volume hud
2) wait until it disappears
3) try to tap that same area

Reported to Apple and I believe they are aware of the issue as recent similar reports is "more than 10"

Can anyone let me know if the following issues are fixed:

-Cannot tap “X” after using quick reply for messages from notification shade

-Messages app crashes when trying to use 3D Touch in contact icon

-Random bursts of extremely loud volume (usually the keyboard clicks) when replying to messages using Quick Reply from notification shade

-Lyrics in Music App don’t scroll unless you tap a lyric first

I can’t install until i get home to my WiFi. These were the biggest and most annoying issues in 13.1 b1 for me so I’m hoping they’re fixed.

I completely give up on the mail app. I use Spark now since 13.0 beta 6 and have never looked back. Lol

And that is proof or evidence? That is nothing more than opinions of random people on the internet.
Precisely with as much weight as what you have put forward.

No point continuing this, one of us will be right and it won't make any difference

Good day.

Mail app works okay here too. But it has annoying issues like delayed folder refreshing (need to back out and back into a folder to update), happens to open into a random inbox or mail, searching on imap servers crashes a lot or doesn‘t load message content at all here.
This is what is happening in my device too. Except it's on iOS 12.4.1. Lol
