When it becomes available will the iOS 13 profile auto-update to 14 or will we need to download a new profile?

Delete 13 and install 14 unless you want to stay on the 13 beta path. Probably still be another beta or so before 14 is official.

They have no actual source. It’s fairly easy to guess, as 9to5Mac do it too, but then people got caught out on the odd occasion when they were wrong.

Yea they are more educated guesses than combining your 8 ball with some fortune cookies and crystals to pull a date out of the air.

I have the same profile on iPad and iPhone. iPad shows Dev Beta 2, iPhone has Public Beta 2

Last time one of ours showed PB and one just showed straight 14. This time my SE2020 shows PB2. Will have to see what my wife's 11PM shows tonight.

That's what I've been saying, but some people seem to think that them, or people on twitter who 'never have gotten it wrong' have some insider knowledge, when they clearly don't. 🙄🙄

The first public beta has historically come the week after dev preview 2. Looks like that pattern will hold again this year.

Beta 3 - 21st July
Beta 4 - 4th August
Beta 5 - 11th August
Beta 6 - 18th August
Beta 7 - 25th August

Then the question is if we go to Beta 8 and beyond (Beta 8 would potentially be 1st September, with GM at some point before the iPhone event which could be late September, if the phones are not delayed).
