This is expected.
Obviously they cannot go back in time to fix the same 14.4 release on which you have found an issue with. They will anyways fix in future releases, which in your case happens to be 14.5 beta 3. Even this to me seems too quick.

I can't predict when but I do predict the next beta will be an hour earlier for me (Mexico) as the US has moved to daylight savings time. It'll be nice to see a new one as my Shortcuts on Siri are not working with the current beta.

Ya I was expecting coming in 14.5, but instead they referenced me to the build for beta 3. Just weird across the board but I was hoping it was a sign of a upcoming release. Guess we’ll find out this week.

I actually was just able to turn on call blocking for Hiya today maybe a couple hours ago. Before today’s beta. I’ve seen it take many hours or days to even show up in phone settings as an option. But eventually it works.
