My speculation is that Apple need to find some developers that actually know what they are actually doing. 7 betas and still know sign of a public release .

Not expecting anything until may apart from more Betas
Why is that? I could see a beta 8 release next week with invites, and RC and events on the 21st.
I don't think they want an event too close to earnings though, which could push it into may.

Seriously though it is taking a.ridiculous amount of time to release 14.5 to the public. Mask unlocking will be pointless because by the time it’s released we won’t be wearing masks .

I agree. Maybe Tim Apple should demand those "great" developers install their latest beta on their own phone before ticking off all the boxes.

I head that apple increases wattage on gpu in IOS 14.5 that result a better gaming experience and overall performance.

I doubt that because iOS 15 will most probably be a feature update which means a lot of new things will be added. These type of release are often not as polished as non-feature updates

I think iOS 15 may have many new features. But they may be rolled out gradually rather than ask at once per Apples new policy on this. So we may see both polish and new stuff!
