I take it back. Previous „hidden GM candidates“ always had a full size download instead of delta.

Note the size of beta 8 on my iPhone 11 Pro Max: 101.1 MB

If this was a GM (Gold Master), it would be the full size download of the .ipsw file, not just a delta update.
Hopefully this fixes my iPad issues...

Well, damn, that did surprise me! I am now thinking that we are not getting GM until the week after the event (since they need the window to put the new OS on the watches and iPads), and I'm thinking that the new watches and iPads are gonna be delivered 02/10/20.....
