Update via Mac feels better than OTA for meFor iOS 15.1, do you recommend downloading it via Wi-Fi from the iPhone or via cable from the Mac?

Is this true? I feel like maybe it's better for itunes to install the entire firmware from the ground up instead of in patches like OTA, no?no difference at all
It’s true… it has only to do with the delivery to the unit. The update works the same after that.Is this true? I feel like maybe it's better for itunes to install the entire firmware from the ground up instead of in patches like OTA, no?

For me, I had click Add to Wallet from within the App of my provider rather than add it from within Wallet.I dont see any vaccine option in the wallet.
The firmware/system is kept on its own system partition, separate from user data - OTA and IPSW will give you exactly the same system partition afterwards, so it really doesn't make a difference. The OTA uses error-checking so can detect if it hasn't applied properly. Is this true? Regarding covid wallet card, just updated to 15.1 ota and the add to wallet option was there in health. it wasn't there yesterday, but now shows all 3 pokes. For me, I had click Add to Wallet from within the App of my provider rather than add it from within Wallet.

I did it awhile ago hoping it would install faster but it still takes forever “preparing the update” for 45 minutes.
I’m probably exaggerating. Nonetheless it takes way too long during that portion of the update. The actual install doesn’t bother me.It’s never been longer than 20 mins for me with finder. If that.
It all depends on where you got the Covid Vac. Not all states or providers in those states use the same reporting program. There is not a uniform program and only 1 works with the iPhone/Health App. Only about 4-5 states in the US if I remember correctly.just updated to 15.1 ota and the add to wallet option was there in health. it wasn't there yesterday, but now shows all 3 pokes.
