This bug that I reported earlier in the beta process has not been resolved yet. My phone or charger have never been around liquids and a restart dismisses the warning so it’s clearly some software glitch.

...I’d be interested in seeing your battery stats from the moment of upgrade. Simplistic view but it can tell you a lot about what is killing your battery.
Sound advice. This is something I will definitely be looking at next software upgrade.

Scrolling definitely feels different on this build. It’s 100% smooth which is a very welcome change; there’s always been small skips throughout the OS. I also feel that it’s slowed down a noticeable amount. A quick flick doesn’t seem to speed it up quite as much.

Hmm, the only place I see any stuttering in scrolling is the Reddit app. Everywhere else is smooth as butter on my 15 Pro.

By the way, does swiping email to the left or right look like 60Hz for you instead of 120?

I agree with what everyone is saying, this is definitely the most smooth experience I’ve ever had on my iPhone. But since yesterday it is really hot, doing the most common thing, like just scrolling through some webpages. it’s the iphone 14 pro

Is it just scrolling smoothness or everything in the OS?

Just updated to 17.2. Can’t really see a difference in animation smoothness. Seems the same to me. Maybe it’s placebo?

Same but on MacOS 14.2 RC. It's gotten worse in that it doesn't copy or clear logs to the Mac at all now. iMazing also doesn't work when trying to manually delete the log files.

There’s a new MacOS RC out. That may be why you are getting this.

I thing I never understand is why do people need a clock widget when the time is in the top of the phone all the time?
I came from Android in 2020, with an iPhone 7. This was honestly the one thing I really missed immediately about Android. I always had a big clock/weather combination widget at the top of the first page of my Home Screen.
