That's what I'm hoping. Just never had the issue prior to 17 and 17.2 final didn't have nearly the problems with pausing. Def hoping it's a "today" issue. I'll be trying with other sites as well to test.
Facebook Vids and TikTok played with no pausing.

Very impressed with the performance of 14 Pro Max on iOS 17.3 beta 1, and the battery life has been amazing on the first day after install. Zero bugs to report yet.
Because nothing has really changed since 17.2

After 4 days of testing on the iPhone 15 Pro Max: the device heats up less with wired charging. Very very hot when charging through mage safe. Battery: very little improvement. There are some bugs at Browsing websites. In addition, bugs in the notification screen that have not been fixed so far. I also noticed that the battery drains faster when the iPhone is connected to a cellular network and not wifi.

No real issues. Seems to be some pausing at times, but nothing like it was with early 17.2 and on par with 17.2 Final. No heat when charging. Wireless CarPlay is fine. No other bugs to report.

Am I the only fella hoping for an overhaul of the Contacts app?!

Another area I'd love to see in iOS 18 and Siri, would be Apple's take on generative responses.. such as Google just opened up via the Google app. I think it's so helpful and natural to move in these directions! =)

Regarding 17.3 beta 1, it's my first time back to the beta journey since the roadmap to iOS 17. All is well, no problems with typing or speed or battery that's of any significant concern for me.. using the dev beta branch everywhere again (Apple TV, iPad, iPhone and Watch)

Contacts needs to be completely overhauled. it’s a terrible app.

Per Mark Gurman, iOS 18 will have much in the way of AI throughout, including Siri. I think that is absolutely necessary for Apple at this point.

Slow-drip overhaul. More to come.

I sure hope so, because blue is a calming and relatively neutral and inoffensive color. It’s used in marketing specifically for those reasons, I’m not against purple, don’t really care what color they choose, but it seems a step backward from blue IMO.

Something is up with Mail/iCloud push notifications. Missing new mail notifications. Mail app refreshes and downloads new mail when I open it.

Uff not sure about installing B1.
I might stick with the stable 17.2 for the rest of this year.

Would you care to share why you are reluctant? 17.3 b1 has been very stable for me and many of the others who have commented in this thread.

Worried about battery life and some issues that might be coming up. Over the holidays it’s a long period until we see b2.

True enough. My own experience (and that’s the key: it’s mine and might not be yours) is that the battery life on my 15PM has been very good. And I haven’t had any other serious issues (I have had problems with the cursor jumping around when I am selecting text with my finger, but I don’t consider that serious).
