Yes, I have quite a few custom ringtones synced and was able to use them before for ringtones or alert tones. iOS 17 only recognizes them as ringtones now, can’t access them for alerts.
Yep - I have custom tones assigned to some of my contacts (for iMessages) and they're not showing. They work though, so long as I never change them.

I was already irritated by the fact custom tones don't get sync'd to my Macbook, but now it's even worse.

Is this normal for the RC?

Is anyone else having issues with Apple Music? My library is there but I tap on a song and it won’t play on any album. I’ve tried rebooting and reset network settings nothing has worked. I also turned off Sync Library, rebooted, and turned it back on and nothing. Any ideas?
I had a problem last beta and it would constantly stop playing or wouldn’t play. I went into settings…music…then Apple ID and it was blank. I filled it in, rebooted and all was good.

Anyone else experiencing lag/stuttering when swiping down the notification-center on ProMotion devices?
It kinda feels like dropping from 120Hz to 60 honestly.

It can be easily reproduced by swiping between pages on the home screen, then swiping down to access the notifications. That's where it happens the most.

iPhone 14 Pro here
Yup, just tested the way you said and it’s happening to me. Good catch. 14PM here.

Yes, happening since first betas. Disable “Show on the Home Screen” Search function in Home Screen settings and stuttering is gone.

I really hope this will get sorted out in the official release on Monday.
It's kind of a big issue in my opinion.

Thing is that I like using the search function on the home screen, and although yes, it does resolve the issue, if you disable it completely, it would be nice if it would be sorted out by then. Kinda annoying to be honest.

You can still swipe down to access search with that disabled.
