That’s a bummer. Not sure why they would have done that.

Yep - I have custom tones assigned to some of my contacts (for iMessages) and they're not showing. They work though, so long as I never change them.Yes, I have quite a few custom ringtones synced and was able to use them before for ringtones or alert tones. iOS 17 only recognizes them as ringtones now, can’t access them for alerts.
NopeDoes anyone notice lag and stuttering in homescreen, notification center and control center animations? iPhone 14 here
Am i The only one who has a slight lag with the keyboard ? I have a 14PM
It's not about RC or iOS 17 in general. It depends on how much data you have and so on (correct me if I'm wrong). Overall, 20 gb for data is more or less okay.Is this normal for the RC?

Try a reboot, that fixed it for someone else who was having the same issue. Are there actually new defaults for ringtone and alerts on a fresh setup? Mine still show “old” defaults.
That was me... I was missing all of the new ringtones... and a reboot did resolve that for me.Try a reboot, that fixed it for someone else who was having the same issue.
Anyone got an alternative to AdGuard Pro? Been using it for years but it is still not working fully on RC for me. Gonna wipe my phone now to see if it does anything. Otherwise: bye bye

I had a problem last beta and it would constantly stop playing or wouldn’t play. I went into settings…music…then Apple ID and it was blank. I filled it in, rebooted and all was good.Is anyone else having issues with Apple Music? My library is there but I tap on a song and it won’t play on any album. I’ve tried rebooting and reset network settings nothing has worked. I also turned off Sync Library, rebooted, and turned it back on and nothing. Any ideas?
it also works on regular 1313 Pro Max working too.
Yup, just tested the way you said and it’s happening to me. Good catch. 14PM here.Anyone else experiencing lag/stuttering when swiping down the notification-center on ProMotion devices?
It kinda feels like dropping from 120Hz to 60 honestly.
It can be easily reproduced by swiping between pages on the home screen, then swiping down to access the notifications. That's where it happens the most.

I really hope this will get sorted out in the official release on Monday.Yup, just tested the way you said and it’s happening to me. Good catch. 14PM here.

It's kind of a big issue in my opinion.
Thing is that I like using the search function on the home screen, and although yes, it does resolve the issue, if you disable it completely, it would be nice if it would be sorted out by then. Kinda annoying to be honest.
