There shouldn't be any problems at all. You're all set, the installer is completely reliable, I was just teasing you.

Ya, that’s not what I normally experience, so I don’t have a solution for that. Mine typically says something like “requesting update”, then starts installing with a time estimate, and then at some point when the time estimate stops, it has more progress bar worth of install and it switches to saying “preparing update”. I don’t think I’ve ever seen it say “Preparing Update” before the time estimate number and loading bar. Sorry I can’t be of help.. 🙁

i had to shut my phone and turn it back on. the 2nd time i downloadeed the Ios emblem was gone but it had no problem preparing

I’m thinking it may be more of a bug fixer. They’ll still throw something new in. Maybe Apple Music Classical for CarPlay or some of the other features announced at WWDC that still haven’t shown up.

Collaborative playlists in Apple Music probably. It was 90% of the way there in 17.2 but got pulled due to supposed security issues. Could also see more features tied to Vision Pro as this could be the release associated with it.
