I don't think iPads will be released next week. It's public holiday in many countries.

The second week of April seems more likely. I hope I'm wrong, tho.

FYI Apple has now released iOS/IPadOS 17.4.1 (21E237) as showing on Apple developers pages, but not that it presents itself as a OTA at this point in time. It's not available to download, only for restore.

Randomly got it to work after restarting Mac and deleting and redownloading IPSW file. Thank goodness.

Correct. Presently if you have iOS/iPadOS 17.4.1 (21E236) installed it won't show you the option to update to iOS/IpadOS 17.4.1 (21E237).

in iTunes it asks me to update to 17.4.1, and I already have 17.4.1...
It's strange that iTunes does ask for an update, but we haven't seen an OTA, at least for now.

Aaron Zollo said he didn't think there would be an over the air update. Since this was mainly a restore, no way they are going to make us download the whole ios 17 8.22 gig over the air if it is

I don't know if there will be an OTA, I just updated through iTunes so it stops notifying me that there is a new update. The changelog that iTunes showed is the same as the first 17.4.1, and the more information link is also identical, so it is the same version except for one minor change.
Let's wait for the first beta of ios 17.5 now haha

Community - Wants: iOS 17.5 beta 1 / maybe some new iPads.

Apple - best I can do a is a rereleased version of 17.4.1 at midnight.

It's like living on a episode of Pawn Stars....... maybe something at 1 Eastern, but looking like next week. Watch them release something off the wall like 17.4.2.
