Would appear I’m dead in the water and only option would be to visit an Apple Store to see if they’d swap the device out.

Unless someone here has a set of steps which work.

As far as I understand it, the AI only works in the US region with English US.

Seems that’s the base setting.

But try it and see, let me know.

Started this morning. Had to restart the phone to get reconnected I thought it might be my vpn so turned that off. I’ve been on WiFi since so it hasn’t happened again. Good to know (sort of) that it may not just be me.

Upgrade my 15 PM to 18.1b4 from b3 and just noticed today the Apple Intelligence storage is at 4.78 gigs. I have been checking it everyday and it was previously ~2.5 gigs. Maybe things are slowly rolling out or the "AI" local download happens after a full indexing plus a couple days?

The only other thing I did today was plug my phone into my Mac to use Camo app. I wonder if that triggered something.

The “s” thing may be happening to you (and at least one other). It is not happening to me.

Of course you should file feedback even if it’s “beta/icloud backup weirdness “ Don’t you think they should be aware of that?

Yes, definitely they should be aware of it. Although, I’ll say that I haven’t had as many issues in the last few hours, certainly nothing I’m able to reproduce for a report.

🤷🏼‍♂️ maybe it’s on an A/B switch or something and one is at capacity? I dunno. But that’s what fixed it for me.

At 2.56GB for me. Used to be 2.63 GB

Hopefully my device isn't defective and I just ran a backup! LOL. I hope it was a 1 time glitch!

Also the screen sometimes lags.. is this caused by the screen protector im using from apple? It seems to mostly have resolved but yeserday it was bad.
