Now with iOS 18.1 public release has anyone here got image creation activated today? My guess is probably not.

I’m thinking they turned that off for today.

Not yet - But I also jumped on the bandwagon 1-2 hours after everyone else. So there are plenty of people ahead of me if it's FCFS.

Google Home app crashes immediately upon opening. Hasn’t done this to me on any previous iOS 18/18.1 betas.

I have the same bug on iphone 15 PM & 16 P running IOS 18.2 B1.

The image conversion bug hasn't been fixed in iOS 18.1 maybe in iOS 18.2? iPhone 14 Pro 48MP ProRAW to 48MP HEIC/JPG batch conversion converts only to 12MP files, instead of 48MP: Quick Actions>Convert Image>File Format: HEIF>Image Size: Original

I have the same bug on iphone 15 PM & 16 P running IOS 18.2 B1.

Saw this posted with the initial rollout of 18.2. Didn’t have this issue then, and don’t have it now. Trying to reproduce. App functions as expected. iP16PM and iPP-13

I would think they’d want to start testing this as soon as possible and as much as possible, which is why I thought they dropped 18.2 early, but here we are, locked out of the playground.

It looks so fun, so mysterious, especially during this magical Halloween season.

No problems receiving text messages, but emails not going to Inbox, but to the “Important” folder

Hmm, animations and scrolling look like ProMotion is turned off when on a phone call. Once the call is over, back to smooth sailings. 16 Pro Max.

The Mail app is cooked. Can’t delete the now overwhelming amount of Junk mail, the icons clutter the Inbox, the summaries are borderline useless - is Apple really going to nuke their clean cohesive ecosystem in order to chase the AI waterfall?

Is anyone else having Junk/Deleted folder issues?

I think beta 2 will arrive tomorrow or Wednesday, but who knows when the playground will open, every time I check Apple just teases me. 😿
