So how's Beta 4? Better than Beta 3? Are there any major hick-ups? As usual I'm reluctant to upgrade, I only have one phone hahaha. But iOS 9 PB works well, so I'm not shooting it down yet.

Nothing in search screen. Before, in Beta 3, I had Siri suggestions (contacts, apps) but now, nothing.

I must have the Siri bug too, because my iPhone 6 isn't vibrating when activating Siri.

EDIT: never mind. I had my headphones plugged in, which would give the audio feedback when activating Siri, so there's no need for the phone to vibrate. I unplugged the headphones and the vibration is back.

I'm on public beta program, it hasn't showed up for me yet. Anyone else?

Not available for public beta yet. Next update probably in a fortnight. You can, however, install the developer beta if you’re on the public beta already. Just go Settings > general > profile, delete the beta profile and reboot. After updating you can re-add the profile by re-enrolling on beta.apple.com.

It was only demo'd as an iPad feature. Perhaps it wasn't meant to be on the iPhone, but made it's way in on accident. The feature wasn't removed from iOS 9 all together, it just isn't available on the iPhone.

Well this is a bummer if they're not going to ship it on the iPhone, because it's been hard not having it on these last betas.

It's up to 3rd party apps to fix crashing on new versions of iOS. And they are not allowed to put out updates in the App Store that support the new iOS until that version releases.
I know that's the official word, but they always allow apps that update to support the beta's. (look at Dropbox's most recent release notes)

Sorry missed the other reply. I guess it depends on what the issue dropbox was having. All good

also, anyone having problem with control centre and notification not showing up? on iPhone 6 plus.
no control centre when swiping up from bottom of screen and no notification when swiping down.

only works on my lock screen.

I had that on my iPad Air 2 but when I deactivated both in settings and reactivated them they both worked as expected again.

I am no longer able to use the Mail app, I open it up and after about 3-5 seconds it instantly crashes, does this every time no matter what. I'm able to erase an email or 2 before it crashes each time.
