I am encouraged by hearing from the rest of my ~6/9–6/23 buddies. At least with a group of we won’t need to wonder if it’s just us thst had a problem, or just that things are slow. So fat, seems pretty much the latter, which is probably the best we can expect in this time frame. I keep telling myself that this, yoo, shall pass. It’s not like I have nothing else to deal with.
Well, it’s Thursday night again. Here’s wishing everyone wakes up tomorrow with charged credit cards and new statuses!

*Sigh* So much for that theory. Seemed to work for the big initial windows (but maybe it was more predictable because it had more buffering of built-up parts inventory). Me too (stuck at processing that is). If I had to guess (but we see how good that is) Lategamer should move first since his window is narrower.
Not really there, but 6/23-7/8 with 2 12.9" iPPs. Nothing moving here either.Anyone in the 6/25 - 7/12 range?

My original window was 16/06 - 30/06. Since I am at university until the 23/06 anyway (and can't buy it in the country where I go to uni, because then I'd have to pay customs on it when going home... ugh), I didn't quite mind. But seeing that some people had their order not ship the earliest point in their window I got a bit worried, since I do need the device right at the 23/06.
So this morning I threw a Hail Mary and checked the in-store availability, and what do you expect? They did have a unit of the 12.9" 256gb in stock at my local apple store. Purchased for pick-up by a friend now and cancelled my online order.
Can't wait!

I gave up and found a 12.9 1TB WiFi only model in stock at a local Apple Store and snagged it. I really wanted the cellular model, but honestly I can probably get by just fine with tethering. I’m happy with it so far, but I’ve got to do some serious LumaFusion dives to see if this going to work for me for sure.
Anyone’s pending orders vanished from the Apple Store? Just checked on them and they are not there. Maybe another maintenance?
I tried to chat with CS now and the system said to try later, due to a very high chat requests volume.
I feel like this happened before—right before a big round of shipments. Am I imagining this?
It happened on a Saturday about three weeks ago, and lasted between 12 and 24 hours, and didn’t affect anything. I think that it was related to store maintenance. I think the first wave of shipments were underway then, to arrive on the 21st. The second wave of shipments, including mine, started on the Friday afterwards, the 21st, for delivery on either the 26th or 27th.
This doesn’t include the 11“ models, which were shipped directly from the USA or Canada, and only took 1 or 2 days. The 12.9” models were shipped from China, shipping time 5-6 days, including a weekend.
Indeed, it was a maintenance that they had a few weeks ago. Hope this time comes back online soon. Also, keeping fingers crossed they will ship soon! This wait!....

I saw one 2-3 days ago as well and was considering it and start doing pros and cons in my head of just going wifi only….day later, it’s gone and I see this post here lol enjoy the tablet for us!
