O2 or Orange can screw me as hard as they want to
Dude what is it with you and these odd lines  first it was something about a c*ck up your ass and now this

But yes I would of expected 64GB as well for £600 and one with 3G ;)

Ah yep, it's me OTT about things now - let's just say that I'm not 100% mentally stable.

Sounds like you picked the right seller there! Well done mate. :)

Thanks :) I don't think anyone has ever been that generous in my life before tbh

Whats Apples limit on iPad purchases. I know then are only allowing like 2 at a time. But are they limiting to more than that period. Someones gotta say crap for $40-50 plus the shipping to start sending these over. One could earn their own iPad in a few days time.
For example today a 32GB one will cost me with local taxes $641 which comes out to roughly 417 pounds- I dont know what it would cost to FedEx it but lets guess another $50/30pounds or so.

by this time, one of us could have flown over to new york for a few days, bought a suitcase full of ipads and sold them at a 'reasonable' profit to cover all costs, and we'd all have way cheaper ipads than ebay prices.

32GB wifi is about £400, flight to New York is a few hundred, you could do that for less than simply/purely gadgets are charging.

I get no pre-order showing up online, but does anyone else think it's weird that they haven't bothered with any other updates to the site like the Guided Tours? I mean, the material is all created already. And it may convince even more people to buy the product. If they have these great videos and updated iPad pages, why haven't they bothered to update the international websites? The weeks leading to the release are the best time to provide potential customers with information. I'm not talking about being kept in the dark about release details, I mean just updating the page so it isn't the same one we had ages ago.

Not really - as far as I know Apple always regionalises these videos with new voiceovers. It probably takes time doing it for each country and they'll likely launch them all at the same time.

I'll be at the Regent Street store, I've cued for Apple tech before and I've got no problems doing it again...
I really hope the price is reasonable...

Will Apple authorised resellers be stocking iPads on launch day or just Apple stores and the online store?

I'll be at the Norwich Chapelfield store, the store opening was good fun...do i wear my apple t-shirt when i go or is that a little sad?? :)

A little :D but I've seen worse. Ever watched MacHeads? Dreadful documentary but you get to see the real Apple-crazy Americans who have 'Macworld Outfits' and 'Steve Hats' and stuff.

Confused.

Did you or didn't you get it from New York?

I had a friend in LA when it was released but decided to hold out for the UK release. Just makes things easier when dealing with problems in my experience. Although I'm missing the smug points now.

Got a wifi only on the 6th, am waiting to see prices of 3G and may get that the same way. I have someone who travels there monthly on business. Also a friend who is returning on or around the 27th. :):)

We don't know.

I don't know if you've been paying attention but Apple hasn't announced anything yet. ;)

do they generally sell new things at the same time as Apple stores?

We have a premium reseller in Windsor but not a proper Apple store.

Is there 2 types of preorder , preorder with option of delivery or store pickup ?. Would delivery be free ? .

Also when you preorder with apple do you pay a deposit or the full thing.

It's all going to depend on how many are available. If they are in short supply then the first batch will probably be restricted to the Apple Stores.

someone now has 64GB wifi's up (in UK) for £600 BIN. Thats tempting, same price as most 32GBs..

Well, he did say they were a present in the note he sent me. From our conversations prior, he knew I was going to get a case anyway - and he had ordered 2 cases so he gave one to me. Not sure about the keyboard dock though. I haven't actually unpacked the case and keyboard from their boxes yet.

Right, time to find the usb cable.
