Ordered the 11” 256 IPP 2nd gen Costco Friday, shipped Saturday expected this Tuesday. Ordered iPencil 2 bestbuy same day same ship date.
Ordered my 2020 iPad Pro 11 256GB last week Wednesday, got communications from the distribution company on Friday, hopefully I’ll have it by tomorrow, but reading some posts on this thread I may be in for quite a wait. 
I am in South Africa, so things may be slightly different to the rest of you.

My iPad Pro shipped from Apple last Monday (7/13). Scheduled delivery by UPS is supposed to be tomorrow but it has been sitting in Incheon, Korea since last Wednesday (7/15). I am in the US. I dont see it possible for it to make it to me tomorrow. Has anyone else experienced UPS delays?

When did you Order? The Magic Keyboard I ordered came right on time by UPS. I wouldn’t worry too much, it should come soon.
I ordered June 23. The package shipped from EPZ, China and moved pretty quickly to Incheon, Korea. It has not made any movement there for the last 5 days in the UPS system.
If you are from the US, the Package should start moving From Incheon to Alaska, then to their Distribution Center in Kentucky. You should get it the same day it arrives there. Either it will arrive tomorrow or Worst Case a day after.
Yea, sometimes the tracking gets all messed up while in transit in Asia.
Aw man. I guess something at the Factory is Slowing down the Production of iPads, like building new Assembly Lines for Macs. I think the iPad and Mac are Assembled in the same Factory. So it would Make sense that the Production has been slowed down. Or it’s just the Coronavirus. Only 15 Days to go for me, I’m Halfway there!
I think it's a combination of many factors mentioned on various threads here including the possible reasons you mention as well as the back-to-school promo depleting a lot of the stock.

I originally ordered the 12.9 256gb wifi version with delivery date of august 5 to 12th, but I canceled that today and ordered the 12.9 512gb wifi version. The new delivery date is August 19th to 26th. Not happy about the new shipping date but this is my first ipad and I want to future proof it as I intend to keep it a long time and will be doing digital art with it and will keep lots of photos on it.
Thanks. I’ve always wondered if you could connect the Magic Keyboard to other iPad models with a smart Connector, lol. I’m not gonna try it on mine because it was $300.

*original shipping estimate was for July 23-27.
IPP is currently hanging out in HK after receiving clearance.

I ordered mine July 6. It is still stuck on Processing. Just out of curiosity, When in June did you order it? I would like to know this so that I have an idea of when mine will Arrive.
I ordered my iPP 12.9" 128GB SG on July 1st, and just got charged and showing "Preparing to Ship" today. Hoping to receive a shipment notification sometime this week...
Yay! So Hopefully around July 25-26 I should also Move to “Preparing to Ship”! Ordered July 6. @iThink Apple would be glad his wait is almost over, he ordered his on July 3! I’m so glad that my waiting is gonna be over soon!
